Okay 8 it is then. So how it works is they give out X number of vqs and they might go quick or might take a while, right? I can stay till closing time, but if there are no more vqs once I arrive then it would be impossible to get an auto, correct?

I have 2 photo shoots on Friday at 10:35 (batch 2 both of them). At wich time should I arrive to queue outside the venue in order to get in and then get both shoots done without problems? I was thinking 8-8:30?

Yes, I will be getting new frames with mat, I was unaware of this before today. The good news is I don't have them displayed near UV light as I always imagined that would be a pretty bad idea. Will make it right ASAP (waiting for payday). Thanks very much!

I will be buying that case as well as some acid free sleeves, with the money we spent for things like this is better to be safe. Will test pens on differents papers with toploaders and such after the con for next time. Usually whenever I've gotten an auto like at a concert or a standard signing event I just go and buy a frame, I hope the ink is fine as it's touching the glass as we speak, has been for a few years... will be checking them all when my budget gets nicer the day my boss decides to pay me. So is toploaders a bad choice for storing the autos? I bought some as I am used to seeing lots of people using them, but now I have doubts. Curious, when you guys put them on display what do you use? Frame?

Does anyone know the times to pick up the Diamond Passes on the days of the show? I have 2 DP on Saturday and Sunday and I thought I would pick them up on Friday but I don't know whether to do it before entry or after I finish with the day. But I fear maybe after 7pm you can't pick them up? Bit lost it's my first time

At what time can Diamond Passes be collected on the days of the show?

Oh thank you so much! I didn't know that. I was worried I would have to buy again for another day either one of the shoots I'ts on Friday, the Franco Nero shoot that starts just before the Jason Momoa Green Screen one. And thank you for your help and time. Appreciate it

If I have 2 photo shoots and 1 starts 5 minutes before the second one BUT the second shoot even though it's stated it's a 20 min shoot and you would think there's plenty of time to make it, is it possible that IF the queue for said second shoot happenned to die down, would the guest leave therefore cutting it short so I would lose the photo op?

Thank you for all your help! When buying online a single autograph ticket once at the con you have to go somewhere to get a virtual ticket for your place in queue, is that correct? Bit lost I read it somewhere on this forum a while ago and I don't remember exactly, sorry. I'm writing all this stuff down now for once I'm there Last thing, if I get a Diamond Pass and I want one more autograph from the guest do I just buy another one online and then show the ticket there to the crew member at the guest table or do I also have to get some number for that? This might be a very silly question, apologies!

Hi, first timer here. Is it allowed to talk, briefly of course, to the guests while for example when getting their autograph just to express gratitude for their work or something personal one might want to share with them or is just a quick hello and thanks allowed? I really don't know the rules for it. I imagine that while doing the photo op one would have less time to say anything.
