Sorry to hear that. I was in her queue at about 11.30 and waited about 20 mins to get to the front of the queue. I did hear a crew member say while I was waiting, they were going to stop people queueing up until the line went down.

I collected my diamond passes today only to find when I took them out of the envelope when I got home that one of them I have been given has the wrong day and batch on it. What do I do?
