  1. It might be that there are now other events in Wales. So I'm not sure if that has made Cardiff an unviable proposition.
  2. Just a quick question, do you know when this week the photoshoot times will be up? Many thanks Jessen
  3. Hi there, I'm after a bit of help and advice, I've never been down to the Westpoint before and I was wondering if anyone more knowledgeable could advise me on whether it would be better to take the train down and then catch a taxi from the station to the venue, or if driving was the better option. Both are about 2 hours. I have had a look on Google maps and it wasn't very clear whether there were any car parks near Westpoint, and I've seen there is a bus service to/from the train but that seems to take the better part of an hour, hence why I was looking to take a taxi. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Jessen
  4. Hi there, I know that the schedule probably won't be out for another week, but does anyone know if the photo shoots will follow the same set up as the Cardiff Spring Comic Con and all be in the afternoon, or are they more likely to be spread out through the day? Many thanks Jessen
  5. David McCallum, Joanna Lumley and David Collins for a Sapphire and Steel trio shoot. Doug Bradley, Ashley Laurence and any of the other Hellraiser cast. Clive Owen Ron Perlman Audrey Tautou Sigourney Weaver Michael Biehn Paul Reiser Yaphet Kotto
  6. Harold Perrineau was my best comic con guest. I was cosplaying as Constantine that year and he saw me in the queue for the photoshoot, and grinned. Then as I walked forward for the shoot he looked me up and down and in Manny's voice said "It's been a long time, John!" I was soooo happy Lalla Ward and Sarah Douglas were both great guests as well, and neither of them had much of a queue when I saw them so I was able to have a nice long chat with both of them while they were signing. Those were the ones that really stuck out in my mind, but I have to say that all of the guests I've seen at various comic con's have been wonderful people.
  7. Brilliant, thanks for letting me know.
  8. Hi all, I know it's a bit early to know for sure, but does anyone have any idea if the Robert Englund photo shoots are likely to be earlier than the standard doors open at 11 am Sat / 10 am Sun, or if there are likely to be multiple photo shoots through the day? I don't really want to snag an early ticket and get an ungodly-o-clock train if the photo shoots aren't going to be until around lunchtime for example Thanks in advance Jessen
  9. Hi there, I know it's a bit early to know for sure, but does anyone have any idea if Sophie's photo shoots will be earlier than the standard doors open at 9:30 am, or if there are likely to be multiple photo shoots through the day? I don't really want to snag an early ticket if the photo shoots aren't going to be until around lunchtime for example. Thanks in advance
  10. Famke was very muted a couple of years back, didn't say anything, and wasn't very expressive.... but that was, I heard later, due to the fact she'd broken a rib or some such.
