I’m planning on doing the same thing, so I have something nice to store autos and photos while I’m staying at the hotel whitout bringing anything from home and saving luggage space.

That shop will probably end up being invaded by con-goers that weekend

They should put up shop at LFCC.

  2. I remember a day (night) in early January, was on my way to work. I was getting my bike ready and I could not figure out where that buzzing sound came from. Then I looked straight up and this blueish green wave was moving all over the sky, went on for a good time. I almost came late to work.

For long term storage I use the Ultra Pro pages but they are getting hard to find now, any folder insert pages are fine as long as they are acid free.

I have started using a similar product to this as my folder is almost full https://www.londongraphics.co.uk/archival-photographic-image-box you can see it's listed as acid and chlorine free.  A lot of people use the Conservation By Design products http://www.conservation-by-design.com/category.aspx?id=20

I see they have a shop at Covent Garden. Going there while I am in the neighbourhood.

It won't let me amend the post so I just wanted to add, the majority of guests will be at lunch around that time even if a few do stagger/overlapping shoots so it might still be the best time.

A calmer time of the day in other words.

@Chris1970 Wow that’s amazing being friends with the guests:D

That would be cool! But extremely rare!

For me it was no convention. It was all by chance. Being in the right place at the right time. Mainly Christmas cards and the odd e-mail now and then. Happened many years ago.
