Personally, I had a clash with two photoshoots, the team was very helpful. I was just asking which one I should do first (I was batch 3 for both) because one was starting sooner (but it was a DP guest). I was just told to wait there and I could join the queue just after the DP and gold passes. It went smoothly :)

What I usually do first when I come back home is scanning the photos/autos. Then, it can sound crazy but I saved them on 3 different external hard disks which are then dispatched in 3 different locations (I always do that for my pictures, I am so afraid to lose them). I upload some of them on FB and use one of the picture as profile picture Usually, I only show the actors people may know (the specific ones are sent directly to friends that I know is fan of Star Trek for example)

I missed lot of them... because this year was... just too big! Hopefully, I can have all I want next year! Main reason for that is... $$$ and time because I had planned photoshoots and talks. I know that autos are hard to get... so I did not even try. I was a bit disappointed too but was still happy to meet her. She was doing funny poses and too bad for me, I did not pay attention of what she was doing and the photo looks weird. She is human and we have all our top or down. That's what I like... afterall, they are like us.

Hello everyone, It's been the third year in a row I attented LFCC (and DST last year for the first time) and I was still very pleased to be there. I spent a great week end and I have the after con blues like many here I guess. That's why I am writing my appreciations here. It's like reliving the con again!! This year I decided to do only one comic con (the London one) because I was so disappointed by the other so my budget was higher than usual . So first, thank you Showmaster for organizing this event! Thanks for all the people running it (blue and red shirts people and the ones we did not see). Very helpful during the event when I was lost (I thought it was photoshoot D on Friday but didn't pay attention it was H instead of D: I was told the right info) or when I had a clash and was just asking which one I should go first and I could join batch 1 instead of my batch 3 so I can calmly go the other shoot, their good mood #NotPicard, etc I was like a child ans seeing the other people admiring their photos with their favourite actors, I cannot stop thinking that I must have the same face or the same feeling. LFCC brings so much joy and happiness! I had more photoshoots than usual (13) and only get one autograph. The temperature was quite cool except in the photoshoot area and the guest signing area, more crowded. I wanted to write more but as English is not my first language, I think you got the point! See you maybe during the Winter LFCC, depending on the line up but this year, I wish I could have an unlimited budget! I still have some regrets about guests I chose not to meet especially after reading your stories! Thanks for reading me. Wei

Hello everyone. It was my first time there this year and I was very happy to attend the convention despite the "little problems". I have been reading the forum for a week now and I feel like still being there ;). I want to apologize if my english is not perfect because it is not my first language and I am trying to be as clear as possible. Sorry if you feel that I am rude... it is because of my lack of vocabulary so I may sound too direct. As a qualitician and a fan, the remarks here have the only purpose to improve the experience of everyone because I know that it is already a lot of work and from what I read, there are already improvements. I do not know if you send surveys to the people who attended, so this is mine I have come with friends (a GP and 3 GAs) and some remarks are from them. To avoid a long story, I will try to summarise the opportunities of improvements. - More information need to be more clear for the working personal. I have got several different (and opposite) information : gold queueing or not with diamond guess (VT), gold entrance, ... I do not know if a general training is possible for all the personal but it could avoid a lot misinformation. We lost lot of time finding the entrance or the queueing system was not easy to understand for us since there was different info. - Reserved gold seats? It was better on Sunday. I bought the gold pass only to get my photos and get better seats to talks... i was so disappointed that GA could enter at the same time or already people were seated before I could even enter... for that price, i would expect more than what I got actually. Same remark for diamond pass, I got one for a talk and was seated in 3rd row... not sure that the two first ones were only diamond... (make the gold, diamond and general queue better indicated) - I got no problem with my two talks included with my GP but my friend who wanted to attend the one with Benedict Cumberbatch was told that it was not possible because sold out... how can GP reserve this when it is not possible to do so online? - My friends who got photos, because of the lack of booklets, could not have theirs. You should at least print the number of ordered booklets. I know that some does not care to have it so the possibility to refuse them would be cool for the ones who wanted them. That was just my two cents and I really want to attend the next one thanks again for that wonderful ans tiring week end.
