My daughter never got to have her pre paid photo with wil and BBT set, due to delay getting in, unhelpful staff, if I wanted the way to go they wanted a fiver as it was in the book. Then spent 2.5 hours looking for staff in red t shirt to help. One bloke at the info/ sales desk said he was too busy. To top it off the person that we needed, was not even in show master top, normal unmarked clothes. Not helpful, ruined my first and last lfcc. No chairs available to sit, my husband has very bad knees and only chairs available were at main stage. Loads of empty chairs but not allowed in use them. A very nice lady on staff gave up her chair at info desk as hubby was close to collapse,

My question was, are the talks for Bournemouth con pre pay or free as in the past. There were not many free talks in the main stage at lfcc, if there was I didn't get to them as stuck in chaos of photo ops, in a very hot area with no air con . They only chairs available were main stage and were refused access as paid talks.

Can you confirm if the talks will be free, as like past years at Bournemouth con. As was shocked to have to pay for most at LFCC

Daughter missed her photo shoot with will Wheaton on BBT set, due to chaos and being sent to wrong area. Then had to spend 2.5 hrs trying to find a red t-shirt person, as no one wanted to help. Only to find the said person was in unmarked event clothes. Thus leaving my young daughter to fend for her self in the chaos of line control of photo queues... Why was will Wheaton photo op so early after opening and for such a short time. Not happy as also had no areas with chairs to sit on, loads of spare chairs in main stage, but told to move. My husband and myself had been wearing special help and carer bands. Also being told not to touch will Wheaton on photo shoots, what's that about, it puts me off going to other events. Only went as 16 yr old had her heart set on it.

Sorry you feel that way Iceman71, and I know the schedule has been you for a week - I have been printing out and editing the copies* (*as the schedule has change over said week) so I know where roughly I should be - I just wanted to make sure I hadn't messed up, I'm only 16 and I've never been to a Con this big this one, so it is all rather daunting sorting out the schedule, map, queuing system etc. So thank you Raylenth for understanding that - and I hope that once I get used to bigger Cons like this one, that I will be able to be as successful at meeting as many guest as you are, Iceman71. Xx

Hi, I'm attending Saturday and have a general admission ticket. I have a query regarding some of my photo ops clashing - I have tickets for Wil Wheaton w/ Big Bang set (batch #2), Emily Kinney (batch #3), Benedict Cumberbatch (batch #11), Steven Yeun (batch #5), James and Oliver Phelps (batch #10) and Finn Jones (batch #5) - I've never this many ops before and I'm not sure how to go about ordering my clashing shoots. Emily Kinney's AM shoot clashes with Benedict Cumberbatch's AM shoot, but Emily Kinney's PM shoot clashes with James and Oliver Phelps' PM shoot and Finn Jones' shoot slightly clashes with Benedict Cumberbatch's PM shoot. Would I be right in attending Wil Wheaton's shoot, then Emily Kinney's AM *instead of Benedict Cumberbatch's AM*, Steven Yeun's, then James and Oliver Phelps' PM *as I wouldn't have to Emily Kinney's PM if I get through in the AM*, then Finn Jones' and finally, Benedict Cumberbatch's PM. Do you think that would work? Though I'd probably have to ask crew at Emily Kinney's AM and Finn Jones' shoot about possibly getting through faster for it to actually work. If anyone has a better solution to my clashing ops, I'd really appreciate hearing it. Xx

Your right, I got my ticket mixed up, with another con. I thought general admission was after 10 am . Thanks for reply. X
