    Like a lot of people here I'm a little nervous! I'm only here Saturday and I see Mads' photo is only from 5pm to 6pm, knowing that there are Gold and Diamond passes and I'm on a batch 2 do you think I'll be able to do the photo in time? Thanks in advance.

    Yes, that's exactly that! Thank you, I haven't got a reply from the shop but if you say that they know it's batch one I'm relieved, I was scared they wouldn't accept the ticket! Thanks again!

    No I save it in PDF and didn't have any problem with the other tickets, that's why I don't undertsand :s I wanted to send a screenshot of what I have but can't send messages or add pictures.

    No the informations don't appear at all when I save the e-ticket, there are just black lineaments.

    Hello, I come here because I'm a little worried about my ticket for Mad's photoshoot, they updated the informations after the bug with the batch number but now that I want to print the ticket there are no information at all on it, is it only mine or do you have the same issue?
