  1. 100% agree with this and actually logged on to post exactly the same. This was our first time attending and our only frustration was exactly this. When we were waiting to be called forward for photos etc, it was impossible to hear what was being said. Appreciate it would take some work to implement, but a virtual screen outside each queuing area with the numbers being called on (a bit like at a Dr's) would make a world of difference. Even as a temporary measure, just some signs with the numbers written on to be held up by those doing the calling would help massively
  2. Thank you for all your help - really appreciate it Thanks again!
  3. Hi everyone, First time attendee this year and I am slightly confused by a few things so was hoping for some help as I am struggling to understand a few things. Apologies if these have been answered elsewhere but just struggling to get my head around a few bits! 1 - I have bought a Diamond Pass for Saturday, and 2 entry tickets for the day itself. I keep reading about collecting the passes - am I right in thinking that I therefore have to go and pick up the Diamond Pass that I have bought beforehand? 2 - The entry queues that people refer to - are these the entry queues for everybody, or people who are turning up on the day? Apologies for the confusion on this one but I just assumed that as I bought tickets in advance it would be a case up turn up on the day and go in i.e wouldn't need to queue for entry beforehand? 3 - The Diamond Pass is for Meatloaf. I can see that he is doing photo shoots in the morning and the afternoon on the Saturday. Do I find out what time we are allocated, at the point of picking up the pass? The reason I ask is that we are travelling from afar and are only attending for Meatloaf, and so in an ideal world I would be allocated the morning shoot. If, therefore, there is anything I need to do in order to request/ensure this then please let me know! 4 - Finally, as indicated above, we are only attending for Meatloaf. When buying the Diamond Pass I did so on the understanding that as he was attending for 3 days; each day he attended he would do Photo Shoot, Autograph session and a talk. I now understand from the schedule that was released that the talk will only be taking place on the Sunday? If so, does anybody know the policy regarding requesting a refund on the Diamond Pass and instead just paying for the autograph and photo shoot? The Diamond Pass was £120.00 instead of £90.00 for the autograph/photo which is obviously a significant amount of money; and as the talk is only taking place on Sunday I can't really see the value in having a Diamond Pass instead of paying separately for autograph/photo? Apologies for the length of this - any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!
  4. Many thanks - makes total sense. Apologies re: the wording, wasn't really sure how to phrase it. Thanks again though - really appreciate it
  5. Hi all, Apologies if this is a silly question but I haven't been to an event before (was supposed to attend Collectormania last year but had to cancel unfortunately). My colleague is a huge Meatloaf fan so I have agreed to attend with them when he is at the London Comic Con event. They will be purchasing the Diamond (?) package for the meet and greet . I, however, am not such a big fan so will not be doing the same but wondered if I am still able to queue up with her whilst she waits? Obviously I wouldn't want to attend but for us to spend most of the time apart whilst she is queuing up , but I appreciate that it might not be possible as the organisers need to of course make sure that only people who have paid are able to receive the autographs etc. Any help/advice would therefore be appreciated!
  6. Thank you for your quick reply - much appreciated
  7. Good afternoon, Apologies for the silly question, but are the Autograph prices priced per Autograph? This will be my first visit to one of these events and I have 2 separate items that I was hoping to get signed by one of the guests. I therefore just wanted to check if I will therefore need to pay twice and - if so - am I able to pay for both and get both items signed at the same time or will I need to queue again for the second item? Thanks in advance
