This is just from my personal experience with a Diamond Pass, as I have only done a Diamond Pass once. I would say that if you are looking to meet a certain actor who is on the Diamond Pass list (Richard Dean Anderson, Christopher Lloyd, Famke Janssen, Jeremy Renner as examples) I would suggest purchasing a Diamond Pass as it does guarantee you to get an Autograph and a Photo Shoot first hand. When I purchased a Diamond Pass for Famke Janssen, I was able to go to the head of the queue to acquire my autograph. And later on in the day for the Photo Shoot, Diamond Pass and Gold Pass holders were first in line for their Photos. Again, this is just from my experience, so don't take my word fully for it as things may change. I hope this helps.

My friend will more than likely kill me for this, but last year I took her to her very first Comic Con at LFCC 2016. The first celebrity we went to see was Keith David. My friend got really excited and we had a quick chat with him about some of his movies. I told him how much I enjoyed him in The Princess and the Frog whereas my friend told him how much she liked him in Predator. My friend, bless didn't realise that Keith was not in that movie and she was thinking of Carl Weathers (who we saw next). She didn't believe me until later that night when Predator was on TV. She felt so embarrassed but I told her not to worry as other people have made mistakes like this with other celebrities. Regardless, Keith was such a cool guy.

One thing I would love to see at LFCC are some Voice Actors.
