If I print my refund voucher out, can it be used to purchase autographs at the event itself?

I received a refund voucher/gift card in my e-mail the other day. I wish to use it, but cannot see where you place the promo code when you order a ticket. Is it after you hit the 'place order' button? I do not wish it hit the button, only to find out that money has gone through on my credit card and not on the voucher.

Out of curiosity, what happens if you want a refund instead of vouchers?

Just wondering how close Photo Studio A is to Photo Studio B as I have a clash with Mark Strickson and the Allo Allo group shot on the Sunday. Is it possible to go to the main desk early Saturday morning to change my Sunday shoot to a Saturday shoot for Mark and, thus, avoid the clash? Many thanks in advance for any reply!

Just noticed that my print out for the solo Jacqueline King photo shoot says 'Bernard Cribbins & Jaccqueline King Saturday Batch 1' at the bottom of it. I'm guessing that this is an administration error and my ticket is really meant to be for Batch 1 of the solo shoot. Am I correct?

I'm guessing with these line closures, and my hotel is near Kew Bridge, I might be better off walking there? Unless anyone knows differently!

I'm guessing if you purchased a photo shoot you are guaranteed it (provided you turn up on time) irrespective of whether or not you are a Diamond Pass holder (not all of us are rich enough to afford one)?

Because I have a bit of a clash with Matt Lucas (Batch 3), Matthew Waterhouse (Batch 1) and Louise Jameson (Batch 1). Is it possible, on the day, to pay the £10 extra and upgrade my photo shoot to the Matthew Waterhouse with TARDIS shoot earlier on in the day - thus saving a headache of a clash?
