Hi can anyone help my daughter can't make this event so I was wondering if I can refund it at the event for vouchers as I contacted the team by email a month ago and had no joy from them

I still havnt been refunded for my daughters ticket and am wondering if I could get refunded at the event

I've emailed the shops numerous times asking the question as my daughter cannot attend can I refund her ticket at the event

Technically it would depend on when you bought them. If it was before the date change(s) then yes, you definitely would be entitled to a refund/vouchers. If you bought them once the date was finalised then the terms would say that you are not entitled, but I would still ask for one anyway (and not mention when it was you bought them).
Unfortunately, either way your only option is to email to request this. Make sure to be very clear that it is only one that you need vouchers for.

Just wondering if we all buy tickets and queue at the door and they decide to send some people away do they get refunds tbh isnt there fault just wondering thats all

Maybe they are offering reduced capacity but in that case, they should have said that and made it clear that Saturday's tickets were close to selling out. There was another con that did just that in the last few weeks and that one is later in the year. The only ticket I have is a transferred Sunday Clark Gregg DP from Spring 2020 and I'm still hedging my bets about attending, despite the appeal of a number of guests, although that has now dropped slightly as Saturday has sold out so can't meet Robbie Coltrane for example. It would be nice if I could go on the Friday for once but don't know if I will be able to get the day off work (usually I can't because it's our busiest season but this year, that may not be the case).
