NOT only that, but the fact that the guests would have to pay around £1700 to stay quarantined in a hotel room when they land for ten days possibly wouldn't make them want to come over from America just to spend around fourteen days in the united kingdom just quarantining for ten, then the other three for LFCC etc.

Could end up in hotel longer, especially if they have covid before end of 10th day and charged extra if they have it on 2nd day

There is no way this is going to go ahead, we're not even CLOSE to having mass gathering at big events. How exactly would meeting the guests work? Stay 2 metres away from them while they wear a face mask, hardly a great experience of meeting someone is it?

I reckon perspex glass separating them from fans and wearing a mask

I think with being optimistic, we're all gonna have to see how this goes and IF it does get cancelled, then unfortuantely it's the way it happens with the pandemic still going on. I cannot see the pandemic going away for a good couple of years tbh...maybe 2025/2026.

They won't cancel, they will just keep postponing until they finally can do convention.

Hi Dancol. Probably too early to say at this stage as we won't know what restrictions will be in place.

Other possible options for the photo sessions would be prop shoots giving a natural gap between you and the guest. One example in the past has been a TARDIS console. Alternatively there may be a perspex screen between you and guest which would not be visible on the actual photo.

If for any reason you did have to wear a mask there are some fun ones out there. Would make a good story to tell in the future

Truth is we just don't know yet.

That maybe so for Photoshoots, but what about autographs, you think they will have perspex glass, or will it be like at shops where you have fan go up to table and guest walking backwards, then fan walking back a bit, like it was a weird new "con dance"

Showmasters, can you please make sure that security don't make us walk through all of the zig zags of barriers at the very start?

Last year, security made us walk through all of the barriers when they first let people into the venue to queue.  There aren't enough people to warrant that straight away, people were running past people that had been queueing for a long time and then there were people going under the tape.

Why not tell the offender off, or report it to security, instead of waiting a year to say something

Just mentioning this so it gets to the attention of the powers that be - please, please, please ramp up the air con this year. I found last year to be a bit unbearable, though it seemed to improve at times when the air con must have been on full blast.

There’s  nothing worse than having paid all this money for photo shoots to look a sweaty mess because it’s sweltering hot. It can’t be nice for the guests either to have a lungful of BO.

We’re apparently having a heatwave this week so I’d hope the air con being on constantly is a given, thanks!

And when Robert England was there, I was in danger of close to passing out, due to how unbearable the heat was

I only see Charles Dance, who was apparently missed. We do have humans working on the shop, nobody's perfect.

    Daniel Portman has been removed.

Those are the two latest cancellations. Is there someone I am overlooking who was also missed?

EDIT: I missed Lotte Verbeek and Malin Ackerman who I also have reported. If I am overlooking someone else please let me know.

EDIT 2: JasonG informed me that orders for the cancelled guests still listed will not go through, payment will automatically be rejected.

    Katee Sackhoff is still there

Yes, he is charging. I was told a Little while ago that the Price list was being worked on.

It is my understanding that there will be different Prices depending on the item he's signing. And with so many Comic books that an attendee can possibly choose I imagine it is not as simple to day "XXX flat fee for Comic A, XXX flat fee for Comic B."

Would be nice to have some idea, so people have enough money for actors as well as comic guests as well, without looking like an idiot, when they ask for a fee, only to find they don't have enough, not easy to get cash from machines and most of them charge
