My mother was in a wheelchair and I often found it wasn't a case of needing priority but needing somewhere safe and 'out of the way' to wait, especially for photo shoots as I was surprised how much space the chair took up in a queue and quite a few times people wouldn't notice she was there and she almost ended up with a few people sitting on her lap or bashing her in the head etc as they just stepped backwards and things like that.

Hi, I've been waiting for forum validation so sorry to post so many days later but for some of my group it was the 1st time we had had a gold pass for an event like this and we were a little unsure of the rules; so in order to clarify we asked the lady giving out the gold goodie bags and vouchers if the £10 autograph vouchers could only be used for a guest charging just £10 and were told no, they could be used for any guest. Obviously we know now this was not the case but I just wanted to point out in some cases it may not have been deliberate as we were told this by showmaster's crew.
