True that could be said for normal price tickets that sell out... could it not and for diamond packages need id for collecting so cant resell those.

i can see both sides, yes. Just thought i'd ask the question. Maybe an option could be idlf you buy say 3 photo tickets at one time, the 2nd and 3rd have a discount of some sort? say £10/£15 off. Not sure if that would be do-able. And yeah ---- who wants their photo to have a random in it lol

is there any chamce that the photo op tucket policy is reviewed? other events allow up to 2 adults and 2children in same shoot with only one photo ticket needed. all must have entry ticket but only 1 photo ticket if all in same shoot.

Got my gold pass for me and husband. looking forward to it. On a side note I posted a picture of a Flash christmas tree decoration my husband made me. I think must have been deleted by mods...sorry it wasnt allowed i didnt realise. it wasnt offensive or anything so didnt realise it was wrong. just wanted to share my excitement but bubble well burst now. but again apologies so doubt I will post again on forums as I really am not clear whats allowed etc.

he was so lovely whem me and my husband met him just in July at LFCC...he took time signing and added Fidgit as well.

so sad.... met him again just few weeks ago at lfcc and got personalosed auto with Fidgit. he was so lovely.

I'm not saying this to start an argument as I really can see both sides, but legally I think it wouldn't be as straightforward as that as you have purchased a photoshoot, and got a photoshoot with said guest, the happiness, approach ability and friendlyness of the guest was never a part of the deal so from a legal standpoint they have provided what they advertised. they knew the photos would be poor but they spend ages talking him into as they knew they'd lose money..... so this way its us that lose out...... not good enough in my opinion. and on back of quality of photos they were in no way near previous standards. they need better photographers and they are responsible for that

i have and hetting messed about...trying to say as I took photo then nothing can do. emailed back saying tried to disxuss at lfcc but got nowhere so what else was i meant to do....waiting on reply. told them i want refund NOT vouchers!!!

i cant stand my photo with him its horrific in all honesty. why talk him into this??? should have let him cancel...but then SM eould lose money I guess.... but its okay for us to pay for a crap photo and I agree as previously said no matter what SM say they are still bound by normal rules/laws regarding providing services/products fit for purpose and fit for purpose. only thing my photo is good for is the bin!!! and they will say should have said at time to reshoot etc yeah we try that and get nowhere.

So you did Bing250 and therefore I decided on the Sunday to have my poster and photo signed at LFCC. So thanks again for the heads-up! Would have loved to meet Carl just a few miles from my house however, hopefully he will be at a future Glasgow event you are very welcome. thats why me and hubby got him on off chance at London in case he cancelled so was glad we did when he mentioned when speaking to him at LFCC. was going to get photo at Glasgow but glad I got my Dolph and Carl autos on poster. 😀

no idea where the £50 comes from.... i saw people..several people... in the queue at LFCC when I was getting my own Carl autos and if multiple items.... yes even gloves.... they were only charged the advertised amount times by number they were getting e.g. 2x40 if two of those auto types

i have never seen a guest do that and certainly not at LFCC...also its paid for at desk with LFCC stafg before you even reach gueat so surely they would charge the advertised price????
