I totally agree this weekend was a shambles as far as showmasters are concerned. And I've yet to see any type of coment or apology from them. Very poor -

Well showmasters that was very poorly organized. 20 minutes to get down some bloody stairs and people turned away from photo shoots. Disgraceful. Good to see the guests though
