Hi all, I have a query and hoping someone may know the answer. If you book the SOA bike shoot, can you request at time of shoot that one of the appearing guests steps out of the shoot ? I get this sounds weird but was wanting a shoot with just the SOA available bikers and not potentially anyone else in the show. didnt know if you could request that and also wouldn't want to offend the guest I'm asking to step out of the shoot ! views gratefully received as I'm torn lol cheers

I agree with the comments about Famke, I appreciate everyone has an off day and not wanting personal space invaded etc. There is just no excuse for no acknowledgment, not even bothering to look and see you were there, who you are, nothing ! Sorry but that is just rude and there's no excuse for a lack of manners. My teenage daughter saved her £50 and pretty much wasted it, she was so disappointed, on the plus side she has saved me money if she ever comes back to another showmasters event.

It's also the fact you are stating its a diamond pass combo for people who want to see 1 guest. What if I want to see a guest who isn't a diamond pass ? That means showmasters have to make a combo ticket for every single guest. This will make things so complicated. So I decide I only want to see 1 guest and buy a combo ticket for said guest. Later Showmasters add another guest I really want to see so then book a non combo Photoshoot ticket as I already have an entrance ticket included. Combo guest cancels and now I have a Photoshoot ticket but no entrance ticket. I do understand how disappointing it is when guests cancel but as people have said, you just have to accept if you are there for 1 guest it's a risk you have to take.

As I can't get an answer from showmasters email can I use my Robert England diamond pass to get my vouchers at this event for his Sunday no show inmoondon ? This has been the 1st comiccon I could attend after that event. I know it's slightly off topic but put in here because i was meant to be able to also get in free but have had to buy a ticket due to lack of response. Many thanks

How was it when I went to buy my tickets a few days ago they were sold out ! I had to buy a family ticket and an earlier entry ticket to be able to attend. Granted it worked out to same price pretty much but just wondered how it was sold out and now isn't ?

I have to echo these compliments for Michelle, I was having a nightmare (as were lots of people) getting Christopher Lloyds autograph Sunday afternoon but she was fantastic and let my son stand with her whilst she was doing an incredible job of controlling the masses. Many many thanks because it allowed me to add to my amazing experience this weekend.

Been today and missed Robert Englund and Christopher lloyds autograph so hoping to catch them tomorrow. Is there any schedule to say when they will be at the desks signing ? As don't want to miss them tomorrow either. Many thanks

Would be interesting to know how many people are still waiting because I haven't had my Christopher Lloyd pass yet and that was ordered in March. Not heard back from the shop either as to if it's been posted or sat waiting. If there are a lot missing how quick will it get sorted ? And will we actually get a replacement or just a price of paper and not a proper plastic pass ?
