Just checked my e mail I've got 10 messages saying Ethan has cancelled I haven't even booked a ticket with him
I think they just send them according to how many tickets you've booked for the event

I've received my Karen photo refund voucher today after e-mailing them last week

It's been announced on instagram that Robbie Coltrane has cancelled due to ill health.Hope he recovers soon.

What are the rules for reimbursing photo shoot tickets I'd booked photo shoots in 2019 for the 2020 event. I've been reimbursed my entry tickets as I cannot attend this years event but had nothing back for the photo shoots I'd booked.

So are we saying that the above is now not the case at all? A friend of mine already received her refund vouchers last month for the same request as mine.
it took about 2 months for mine to come through but no harm in asking them again

I am not able to attend this years event but bought tickets for last year. I have informed them via e-mail 2 months ago but heard nothing back don't want them expecting me to attend & keeping the payment.

I e-mailed them about no batch numbers on tickets they said ticketmaster was having problems putting them on didn't say what they were going to do about it.
