I e-mailed them about no batch numbers on tickets they said ticketmaster was having problems putting them on didn't say what they were going to do about it.

Just checked my e mail I've got 10 messages saying Ethan has cancelled I haven't even booked a ticket with him I think they just send them according to how many tickets you've booked for the event

What are the rules for reimbursing photo shoot tickets I'd booked photo shoots in 2019 for the 2020 event. I've been reimbursed my entry tickets as I cannot attend this years event but had nothing back for the photo shoots I'd booked.
