  1. I met Tommy and Mark on the Friday and were both great, full of energy and was a great experience - couldn't fault it, lots of banter between the two. I did feel it was odd that David wasn't on the same side as both Tommy and Mark. Met David towards the end on Sunday and yes he did have some fruit cider on his desk, however he had time to chat with me and complimented his taste in cider! During the SOA photoshoot, they were all great even to a point where Tommy had to tell David to stop pulling my arm from my shoulder joint - as David was pointing out he had tattooed my arm a few days before LFCC.. Maybe this was a reason he was friendly with me at the desk and at both photoshoots I had. Regardless of that, I really enjoyed meeting them all and to get my Sons of Anarchy Collectors Book signed by all the cast members in attendance.
  2. So I have to make a horrible decision over my clashes - Diamond Passes for Benedict, Tom Wilson, Natalie Dormer & Steven Yeun with a Gold Pass. Saturday Talks: Benedict Cumberbatch 13:00-13:45 BTTF 14:05-14:50 Saturday Photos: David Morrissey 13:00-14:00 Jessica Henwick 14:05-14:25 Sunday Talks: TWD Commentary 17:00-18:00 Sunday Photos: Sons of Anarchy Bike 17:05-17:50 Natalie Dormer 13:40-1425 Steven Yeun 13:55-14:55 I think I'll be fine getting to both shoots for Nataie & Steven, its the clash with TWD Commentary that concerns me as well as the obvious clashes on Saturday. Any suggestions oh wise ones?
  3. Attending all three days, with autographs for the below: Andrew Robinson x2 (one for my USS Defiant DS9 cast project) David LaBrava x2 (one for my Sons of Anarchy Collectors Edition Book) Tommy Flanagan x2 (one for my Sons of Anarchy Collectors Edition Book) Mark Boone Junior (one for my Sons of Anarchy Collectors Edition Book) Krista Renton x2 (one for my Sons of Anarchy Collectors Edition Book) Mark Sheppard David Morrissey Tricia Helfer Natalie Dormer (Diamond) Steven Yeun (Diamond) Tom Wilson (Diamond) Benedict Cumberbatch (Diamond) Jessica Henwick Joseph Marcell Photos with the below: Andrew Robinson David LaBrava Tommy Flanagan Mark Boone Junior Mark Sheppard David Morrissey Tricia Helfer Natalie Dormer (Diamond) Steven Yeun (Diamond) Tom Wilson (Diamond) Benedict Cumberbatch (Diamond) Jessica Henwick Joseph Marcell Sons of Anarchy Bike Group I am also contemplating going for Alyson Hannigan & Alexis Densiof as well; have to see how my finances are!
  4. Hi Raylenth - thanks, I thought as much; I was just reading a post and it confused me
  5. OK - a quick question, could someone confirm the general entry and the early entry admission times? I have purchased an early entry ticket but I'm concerned by the time I arrive, which is just after 10am the VQ tickets will be high / general entry would have begun. Thanks
  6. A few collations of the photos I got from the weekend, very happy with meeting the awesome Terry Farrell who was one of the highlights of my weekend - very welcoming & friendly, particularly enjoyed how she answered the final question in the The Two Dax talk on the Saturday morning! Furthermore during the joint photoshoot she commented on how she thought my T-Shirt was awesome which made the experience that much sweeter, haha! On another note to have finally met Christopher Lloyd has now fulfilled a lifelong childhood dream - being a massive Back to the Future fan. Unfortunately I missed the chance to meet him at LFCC in 2015 as the queues were too big and photoshoots were sold out, so to have now met him I can't put into words how happy that made me!
  7. I didn't buy any packages, I couldn't justify the expense considering I had bought Gold and Diamond Passes at LFCC only a few months ago. I was happy with the three day pass I bought and managed to meet all 15 guests I wanted to, attended all 16 photoshoots within the weekend as well as attending a few paid talks. Overall I was happy with the weekend in terms of guests/photoshoots/talks available & managed to get William Shatner, Christopher Lloyd and George Takei's autographs on the Friday. The only issue I encountered was on Saturday in getting Wil Wheaton's autograph - I got an early VQ ticket in the 20's however as he was busy a lot of the day with various photoshoots I didn't get it until late Saturday afternoon.
  8. Getting the train down from Manchester on the Friday morning, not too far a commute compared to going LFCC for the past two years. Looking forward to it being my first Star Trek con! 😊
  9. Must be official with Gates McFadden now as she is appearing on the Eventbrite shop for photoshoots.. Furthermore there is a joint photoshoot with Wil Wheaton scheduled for the Saturday & Sunday.
  10. I'd love to see Captain Sisko / the Emissary - Avery Brooks himself make an appearance!
  11. I personally use the Prat Paris portfolio presentation book which has acid-free sleeves; it has served me well. http://www.prat-usa.com/pampa-spiral-book.html
  12. I saw Aaron Stanford wandering around the stalls on his own during the end of Sunday.
  13. Just several pictures from the weekend that I managed to scan in and capture from photoshoots, over-the-desk photos & cosplayers during the event!
  14. I have to agree with this. The end of the talk was embarrassing to watch. I'm always relieved when I attend a talk and see it's hosted by someone else and the other gentleman who was hosting was very good. This was the same issue when he was interviewing Carl Weathers, there was hardly any time for questions..
  15. This being my second LFCC, I have to say the improvements with the increase of hall space & guest tables, photoshoots all on their own designated floor worked wonders. There was plenty of space and at no point during the weekend did I feel squashed or cramped due to queues. Guest-wise, I was very impressed with the range of past and current starts from television & movies. Kim Coates & Michael Emerson were the standout guests for me personally, both very friendly and were happy enough to chat with us. For that I have to thank you Showmasters for a great weekend (for the most part). My only gripe would be what others have echoed on here and on social media regarding Famke, as a first-time Diamond purchase I expected a better level of service at the photoshoot. Yes she was not 100% I can appreciate that, but the vast space between her and us attendees wasn't great; it felt very impersonal. I questioned whether I made the correct decision in purchasing a Diamond Pass for her. However in getting her autograph was a different matter as she was engaging asking how my day was going, can't expect much more than that from a guest of her stature. Overall, I really enjoyed the weekend met a few fellow attendees and I particularly enjoyed the range of stalls on offer - in particular Art Beyond, they had some nice pieces.
  16. After Ron Perlman cancelling (whom I had purchased a Diamond Pass for), I'm debating whether or not to purchase a Diamond Pass for Jeremy Renner. I best weigh up the pros and cons this evening as I leave for London in the morning..
  17. I don't know about anyone else but I actually enjoy planning my activities during the three days based on the schedules. Hopefully I'll be able to meet most of everyone I want to this year; as last year missed out on Christopher Lloyd - I had a high VQ ticket..
  18. Eight photoshoots over the three days for me and no clashes either - bonus Now to plan which free talks to attend in conjunction with the diamond talks I'm attending; impressed with the amount of free talks - well done Showmasters!
  19. Nice announcement! Particularly liked him in Person of Interest
  20. Hi, I tried searching for this answer on the forum but couldn't find an answer; hope you can help. I have a diamond pass for Ron, the two guaranteed autographs can they be addressed to different people? I only ask as my sister is unable to make it to the show and asked if I could get his autograph for her..
