  1. Another question! How big are the photo shoot photos usually and do they come in anything? Is it worthwhile bringing a plastic folder of some sort for the journey home?
  2. Thank you. How good is that. OK plenty of time to get to the station for the train back. Thanks
  3. Hi all, as I think I'm far down the numbers for the diamond pass (305) I expect it will be more towards 6pm before I'm done. How long after can you usually collect the photo? Just trying to work out when I will be able to get the tube to Kings X!
  4. These stories are great. Thank you all for sharing. I'm meeting Robert Englund for the first time but from what I've read and seen online I don't think I'll have any problems with conversation! Then in August in Sheffield I'm meeting Michael Biehn, Billy Dee Williams and Amanda Wyss. Looking forward to it but meeting Robert has been an ambition for 30 years!
  5. Fantastic guide, thanks very much indeed. First time for me so I've bookmarked that and will read it again on the train down from Leeds on Saturday! Cheers!
  6. Thank you all. Very helpful. First time I've ever been to anything like this so useful to know.
  7. Thank you. So to be in with a chance of getting in as early as possible when would people suggest arriving and queueing?
  8. Thanks. Yes I read it was due to Stan Lee. I'll certainly be staying in London Saturday night as the trains aren't great on a Sunday I've just checked them. So as I only have the day and want to ensure I miss nothing on the diamond pass I wondered what time people think you should arrive for? Thanks, Paul
  9. Hi can I ask about queung to get into the event on the day? I have the Robert Englund diamond pass for Sunday. My plan is to travel down by train the same day but if it will be a long time queing to get in I may well stay over on the Saturday night. My first visit but I read on Twitter people queued a very long time last year? What advice would you give to arriving? Thanks Paul
  10. Ah I see. I was assuming he was doing photoshoots every day. Whats the protocol for asking for a photo when getting an autograph? Is that allowed? Thanks, Paul
  11. If you haven't received your Robert Englund diamond passes yet I emailed Showmasters who advised they would be sending these out very shortly and if to email again if not received by mid June. Can't wait now
  12. Yes I am having the same problem. I'm trying to order the photo shoot for Sunday but there's no option listed for Robert? Thanks, Paul
  13. Cheers for that. No not worried. If I haven't had anything by June I will email. Was just curious if my thoughts on these passes were correct so thanks for confirming that.
  14. Hmmm I'm a little confused with what will be sent for the Diamond Pass as I have seen actual passes with Freddy's glove on that look like lanyard type passes so is that what we will be sent? Interestingly I booked for the Michael Biehn photoshoot at Sheffield quite a while after the Robert Englund diamond pass and I have received my tickets for Sheffield already but had nothing for London? Apologies if this has been addressed already but I was under the impression it wasn't an e-ticket for the diamond pass? Cheers Paul
  15. Yay! A fellow Sheffielder! Im also a fellow Sheffielder lo :) I'm only from a few miles down the road in Chesterfield but have worked in Sheffield for the last 9 years so know it very well, Hi Hiiiiii! Haha getting all the sheffielders popping up here now clearly the best city in the world Hi to all of you. Sheffield is by far a very nice city! Not as good as Leeds!!
  16. Having been a massive Elm Street fan since 1984 the Robert Englund Diamond pass was a must for me so many thanks for arranging this. I've never met Robert before so the opportunity to also meet him as Freddy is just fantastic and well worth the cost for me! I'm hoping to catch some of the other Elm Street stars too especially Robert Russler as I loved Grady. First time I've ever been to anything like this and I'm really looking forward to it. I've already booked for Sheffield too to meet Michael Biehn and Amanda Wyss. I'm still hoping for an announcement for Heather Langenkamp and Mark Patton and Lisa Wilcox!! Would love to meet Michael J Fox. The diamond pass is probably too much for me with everything else I have planned but I may be able to squeeze in a standard photo shoot. Looks like I'll be coming for 2 days now
  17. I hope so I've just bought my photoshoot ticket! Quick question - Do I need an early bird entry for a photoshoot or standard? Thanks Paul
  18. Thanks Stu. Must say I'm impressed with how it's all put together and the website etc. so my few queries as someone new to this withstanding I'm very happy with it all. Just deciding now whether to go for Saturday as well! Cheers
  19. Thanks Stu. That's what I suspected. Thanks for all your advice today. Very helpful indeed. I'm planning on attending Sheffield too so I'm sure I'll soon get used to how it all works. All the best, Paul
  20. Hi Stu Thanks again. I bought them the same day but as two separate transactions. I bought the diamond pass first and then having read further I realised I also needed to buy the entry ticket too for Sunday. I therefore received 2 separate "e-ticket" emails. One for the diamond pass and a separate email for my entry ticket. Then last week I was asked to validate one of the e-tickets only. Not sure which one! Cheers Paul
