We have again bought early bird tickets for the Saturday but last year ended up being in the wrong line! We didn't know for ages. Please make it clear this year. If it was signed last year then our group of 5 missed it

Eve Myles and Gareth David Lloyd for the Saturday? We got told that our photoshoot tickets for him were being refunded as he's only attending on the Sunday now. Has this changed again?
