    Planning!

I'm group B so if you can do one for me and post it here that'd be great, thanks. lol. No idea how many times I'm gonna have to amend my tentative first draft of a schedule.
  2. Thanks for that, all this technical talk I googled Punched Pockets and yup, that's what I got, hoping they do the job.
  3. They found out I lost 4stone and figured they can squeeze more people in the venue
  4. Right now, end of the rows sound a good place to sit but I think I'll take what I can get.
  5. They are only from WHSmith, I may not even be describing them correctly. A4 size with holes punched in the side.
  6. Doesn't, or well, only in the sense that you now have slightly more time to do other things.
  7. I'm wondering this too as at times I have 15 mins to get out of a talk, get to a photo shoot or two and back into another talk, I'm thinking I'll more than likely just have to either miss part of a talk or risk going to a later shoot.
  8. Hmm, odd, according to the website as of now you can buy up to 10 standard Sunday entry tickets.
  9. I got my plastic wallets and they say acid free/print safe so fingers crossed they'll do the job. £1.19 for 20.
  10. Thanks, I'm getting all muddled lol, it's stressful.
  11. You go by your group letter no matter what pass you have. You should have gotten an email with your group assignment. You can go to ops other than your assigned session, but apparently you have to wait in line with everyone else if you do. I just have to join the back of the 30 odd people in the queue right? I don't need a VQ ticket.
  12. haha, thanks ascendant angel, tbh, I feel a little bit more relaxed knowning I have something to work from, it may all go belly up when I get there but hey ho. Of course depending how I find the photo shoots go on the Saturday, If i feel like I can go to my shoots in my correct group then I will do.
  13. Don't forget on Saturday we will have to fit in Benedict's autograph. Still no word on when that will be..... Oh god I'd completely forgotten about that lol. Oh well, this is just a rough first draft, am sure it'll change a number of times.
  14. Ok, I hope people don't mind but I have no one to discuss this with and just want an opinion on it really. If people think this is doable or not.. My tentative schedules are..... Saturday,. 9.15-> 10.30 Louise Breckon-Richards and Benedict's photo shoot (I hope that being group B means I'll have had my shoot with Ben done by then but who knows. 10.30-> 11.15 Steven Moffat - Mark Gatiss talk 11.15-> 11.30 Jonathon Aris and Elizabeth Coyle Photo Shoots ( if I don't have time for EC then I can fit her in between 3.15-3.45 11.30-> 12.30 Visual Effects talk with Danny Hargreaves 12.45-> 1.45 Benedict Talk 1.45-> 2.30 fit in Clive Mantles photo shoot and some auto's and maybe eat. 2.45-> 3.15 Lars and Rupert talk 3.15->3.30 Elizabeth Coyle Photo shoot if not done 3.45-> 4.30 Group Talk 4.30-> 4.45 Mycroft's Office shoot 5pm-> 5.45 Andrew Scott talk 6pm-8pm Screening (this will mean no evening meal out so not sure if will do this) then I'll breathe and get ready for the party Saturday night. Sunday, bugger, i'll look at this later. I'm in group B by the way. Ok, i've worked out Sunday's schedule, If I do Andrew Scott and the Production group shot before 10.00 then I have Rupert Graves/Jonathon Aris talk 10-1045, 11-1145 Andrew/Mark talk and Ladies of Sherlock Talk 12-12.45. I'll do the rest of my photo shoots in the afternoon even though my group ( is called in the morning/lunch time. So that's Mark Gatiss, Lara Pulver, Louise Brealey, Rupert Graves on own and on 221b, Una Stubbs all in the afternoon , plus any auto's I still need to get. If I can fit in any free talks I will do but I want to get everything else fitted in. Phew, sorted, (hopefully)
  15. Yep but as they take 5 secs maximum they shouldn't take too long.
  16. Oh thank you!! And I'll have "Lisa" on my badge I hope to see you there. :) I also hope to be able to say hi to QS to thank her for all her help. I'm sure I'll recognise her, she'll be the one with practically no hair and a halo floating above her head.
  17. As long as your purchase price included the £2.50 you won't get an email. I did it correct the second time around when I purchased my Rupert Graves on set photo shoot and I didn't get a separate email.
  18. Yes thanks Too Tall, I've passed that info on to the people who asked. :)
  19. In a stationery catalogue I think they are called plastic pockets, but specifically I have always brought the A4 UltraPro photo pages, but they are quite hard to find now as most of the items that come up in a search are the trading card pages. Does anyone know if the photos we get from our photo shoots actually come in anything? I'm hoping they do have some sort of card that they put them in so the surface doesn't get messy. I'm really bringing the a4 file with me so they don't get bent more than anything.
  20. The signed art print, tshirt and bag are my 'souvenirs' at least, they are supposed to be as it helped me justify the cost of upgrading to platinum, at least in my head Whether that will in fact stop me buying more things at the event is yet to be seen.
  21. I need to buy some plastic inserty things to put in my a4 file (the proper words have escaped me right now ) so I can put my photos in them to keep them safe. Apart from that I'm pretty much all set I think.
  22. I've now managed to get a free poster tube from work that will fit in my suitcase so I'll bring it along in case the poster that we get with our goody bags is GORGEOUS and suitable to get signed and then I can make up my mind once and for all whether to get my book or poster signed.
  23. Event prices have already been put up. http://showmastersonline.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=88137
  24. Can they be given away?
