    All pre ordered autographs ordered from last weekends event have no all been packed and will be dropped to the post office tomorrow, they may take 2 days to process them all. 

    Uk orders should be with you by the weekend and outside the UK allow 7 to 10 days for delivery depending on where you are based.

    Sorry I got tied up sorting guests for Cardiff and Exeter plus the film fair, I have started to catch up on emails this evening. Doing an airport run in 30 mins and will do a few more in the morning with the balance tomorrow.

    In regards to the one regarding the brother that has been sorted if your brother is who I think he is. Sorry Forum names and email addresses rarely match up with orders and don't get me started on facebook

    Sorry for the late reply to this but sheffield threw up some wifi issues that kept me off line all weekend. 

    @Bas That is 100% wrong the holographic label never goes on the front. I can only guess that the label was loose on the table. Was it labelled on the reverse?

    @everyone else We have placed the holographic label on the reverse for about 3 years. We never add it to the front. We guarantee all items signed with us are guaranteed to pass a 3rd party authenticity company such as Beckett. 

    As I have posted else where I am in front of the computer all day today catching up on emails, updating the shop and making sure no refunds have been missed. If you waiting on a reply please email me. I'm working from home today just doing PC work. All sheffield pre orders were packed earlier and will ship tomorrow. 

    All refunds for LFCC have been done, please allow until monday to clear and if not in your account monday HIT me with an email. The only reason I say monday is I'm away first thing friday for Glasgow and not home until monday evening.

Hi All, sorry for the late reply but Sheffield was a disaster in terms of wifi etc. I knew I was going to have spare time and took my laptop to catch up on emails etc but the venue had next to no mobile signal (yes, couldn't even get the football scores) and the Free and I use the word free very loosely wifi was capped and lasted about 30 mins. 

    I'm in front of the computer all day, all refunds are issued but can take a few days to appear. Ive just packed the sheffield items and these will ship tomorrow. 

    I'm currently updating the shops and going through emails, if you want to email again please do so.

  6. Just want to say thank you for the time taken to post on here. This year we had a bigger team then ever shipping and all show images were at the post office by close of play friday and send ins close of play saturday. The post office did say they were a good 2 days behind us as we were to quick for them lol. Thats over 2000 pracels/envelopes and 3000 autographs. 

    The team at the event this year was bigger then ever and the feedback coming back via emails is very positive. We are human and the odd mistake will happen from time to time and each year we push to make that number 0. 

    When the first 2 posts above were made I still had the team with me working and you put some great smiles on faces saying your items had arrived less then a week of the show ending (also bare in mind, we all travel back from the show on the monday so we don't start until the tuesday)

  7. If anyone is waiting on anything, be it a dedication refund, or anything from a signing please EMAIL ME NOW. preorders@showmastersevents.com There were a LOT of emails around DST and if you got missed I apologize, but email and thats sort whatever the issue is out.

    If its Star Wars related I can probably reply to 90% of the questions if you email. I don't book EVERY star wars guest so I don't have the answer to everything. 

     

    I've finally managed to sort my forum log in so I will be more frequent here. BUT if anyone has any outstanding issues please email me and I will aim to resolve ASAP

     

    One thing to note, after an event like DST or LFCC I do not touch emails that week as I spend most of the time shipping. Emails started at 8pm on the sunday night whist still at DST asking if items have shipped yet. Over the course of 5 days after LFCC I had 328 emails asking if their items had shipped, sadly other non shipping emails get lost in that mess.

  10. All DST orders have shipped. If your UK give it until tomorrow and if not drop me an email. Outside of UK if you could give it to monday and if items have not arrived please email. 

    All orders have shipped via a signed and tracked service. There were a LOT of items. 

     

    OurDek email me today, I'm in front of the computer pretty much all day. Please mention your forum name as the forum names mean nothing when it come to the email addresses I have.

  11. The roads closed off for the Car Free days are the other side of town and don't effect the venue or local carparks, the easiest way to the venue and quickest is to come via the link road via cardiff bay. 

     

    I've read about the bus celebrations but can't see how it can be done on sunday is the bus would travel along the roads closed, again it is no where near the venue.

    Please do as queen asks. Trust me when I say I check this page weekly, we are currently working on some horror guests but a lot of things come into play when booking a guest.
