  1. Yeah, that idea suddenly came to me. I looked and found Craig Charles, who I'd ordered a photo shoot with, has pulled out. Darn it. Oh well, at least my tickets are still good.
  2. I just got an e-mail telling me thus: "Refund NotificationYour payment for goods to the value of: GBP 25.50WorldPay receipt for transaction ID: <redacted>Description: Your order at Showmasters Ltd Online Store, Contact: shop@showmastersevents.com Purchased From: Showmasters Limited Merchant's cart ID: <redacted> At: 04/Feb/2015 03:39:29has been refunded partially by GBP 15.00 Please contact the merchant at shop@showmastersevents.com should you have any queries regarding this refund. The transaction id for this refund is: <redacted>Generated at: 26/Mar/2015 21:30:58 Thank you for using WorldPay internet payment systems." I'm now worried the tickets I've bought are no longer valid. I didn't request a refund at any point, so I'm puzzled as to why this has suddenly shown up in my inbox. I don't think it's a scam since Outlook's pretty good at filtering those away.
  3. Ahh, I had a feeling it might work out that way. Guess I was spoiled elsewhere when you paid for photos/DVDs signed but anything you brought in was a free sign. Must be the exception rather than the rule. Guess I'm going to have to save my pennies up and prioritise what I want signed. Thanks for the quick response =)
  4. Simon Templeman. I'd love to meet that dude. Also Ben Browder and maybe Claudia Black, too. Want to thank them for filling me late teen/early 20s years with Farscape.
  5. I'd like to get autographs from Craig Charles and Robert Llewellyn, they're both listed as £15. The help page says the cost of a photo is included in the price, unless you bring something in yourself. I'm a little confused. Does bringing in something myself waive the fee completely, or does that mean I pay £15 to get his autograph on a single item regardless of what it is? Or...is it £15 and as many items as they're willing to sign? I'm not sure how this process works. Not been to many cons, so please forgive my ignorance. I'm thinking that idealy I'd get my 9 Red Dwarf DVDs signed, but if that ends up at £15 per DVD autograph for both guys I'm not sure I can scrape together £270 o.o
