Quick update. My daughter’s amended ticket arrived by email today

I’ve got the original Ticket from Eventbrite. Whilst the ticket says “Adult Entry Saturday 25th July 2020”, underneath it says date, which is “Fri, 19 Nov - Sun, 21 Nov 2021”, so hopefully it will be OK. It’s just strange that my other ticket has been fully updated.

Last year I purchased a Diamond Pass for Robbie Coltrane, plus 2 entry tickets for Saturday, all on the same order. I have subsequently received replacement tickets for this weekend’s event for the Diamond Pass and one of the entry tickets, but not my daughter’s ticket. I’ve tried contacting Showmasters but so far haven’t heard anything back (no surprise there!). What are the chances of my daughter being able to get in with the original ticket?

Purchased 2 autographs last Saturday (6th Nov). When I got the confirmation, released I’d selected the wrong photo for one of the autographs. There is no way to either amend the order or cancel it and re- submit it, so I immediately emailed the shop asking if they could amend my order. it is now the 14th and I’ve still not received a reply. How long do they normally take to reply, and what are the chances that my order will get amended?

I too ordered a George Takei photoshoot (plus one for Bonnie Langford) and it came up with an error saying there was a problem. However, I checked my credit card and it had gone through successfully and then when I checked the EventBrite app, my tickets were there. So it looks like it did go through OK.

I saw he was at Destination Star Trek and was tempted to go, even though he was the only person there I wanted to see, but this announcement is great. Saves me going to another show.

Tom Hiddleston and Sophia Di Martino are appearing at another Con (which annoyingly I’m unable to attend), so it would be great if they were able to be booked for a future event.

Thanks for this. Do guests still allow photos at the table? Only ask as 3 of the people I want to see have photoshoot times fairly close together, but the other one is 1½ hours later, and I’m not sure I can wait around that long, so would take one at the table if possible?

Mads Mikkelsen has been at previous shows so there’s no reason why he won’t be at another one.

Have just tried this morning and it’s now working. So it looks like there’s a 24 hour delay between the voucher being issued and the Eventbrite system accepting it.

Tried the balance check again and it worked, but when I went to buy a ticket, it’s still telling me my promo code is invalid. Will try again tomorrow

Definitely got the code right. Even copied and pasted it. Also tried the balance check and the system errored.

Mine hasn’t got a batch number either.

Today, I received a refund voucher for the day and guest I can’t make any more. So I’ve now gone into the Eventbrite site to purchase new tickets for another day but when I enter my promo code, it’s telling me my code isn’t valid. Is there are delay between Showmasters issuing the refund vouchers and Eventbrite’s site accepting them?

OK, so I’ve had a reply back. I’m going to be receiving vouchers for the Friday I can’t make and also the Photoshoot I purchased for Friday. Any idea how long it takes, once confirmed, for the vouchers to arrive? I don’t want to wait ages, only to find out that the Sunday tickets are no longer available.

I emailed them last Wednesday (shop@showmastersevents.com) and haven’t heard anything back yet. I know that they’re meant to be busy, but I haven’t even received an acknowledgement of my email or anything to say they are busy but will answer me when they can. Anyone know how long I should wait, or if there’s an alternative way of contacting them?

A few questions. I’ve got photoshoot tickets for Natalia Tena for the original Friday. I’m not not able to make the rearranged Friday but can still do the Saturday. Would my photoshoot ticket still be valid for Saturday’s photoshoots? Secondly. I purchased a Diamond Pass for Brian Blessed for the original Winter event. Would I be correct in assuming that this will still be valid for the new rearranged show? Finally. As I can’t now go on the Friday, can I cancel this ticket and replace it with a Sunday Entry, which is the only day that Brian Blessed is now doing? If so, who do I contact to arrange this? Thanks

Been wanting to meet Brian for ages. Have purchased a Diamond pass, but there was no option to select a Batch Number. Will this automatically be Batch 1 if other Batches are offered?

Sean’s Photoshoot tickets don’t seem to be available on the Eventbrite site yet.

I see that the website has been updated and the Guests are now shown in a different format. Also notice that there seems to be quite a few guests now missing (Karen Allen for example even though she’s still on the front screen) but I haven’t seen any “official” cancellation posts. **Edit** I think there needs to be more work done with the new design as if you go to the guests via the “More” option on the front screen, you see loads, compared with going via the “Guests” menu option.
