Showmasters already do a service if you can't attend event you can still get autograph so your not relying on someone else. Go to the Cardiff comic con page abit closer to time click pre order link and it will take you to a page where you can buy autograph which James will sign a picture he has there on day and send to you or you can send an item in for him to sign.
