So.... Photo shoot tickets don't seem to be numbered anymore on these etickets, why is that?

My question had been answered but just to double check, I just bring my ticket to the sales desk for my refund on this photo shoot ticket? If I don't have time I can post it back for a refund after the con?

Ok I only ask because I was due a refund for a Chad Coleman photo shoot at the winter London Con but I had to chase it up and it took 3 months.

That sucks, when will it be refunded onyo out cards?
