Guest Cancellation - Charles Dance
IanThomas6 replied to Too Tall's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
I'm still waiting on a refund, from the old shop. I understand that this is still a busy time, but any timescale? -
So you weren't "thrown out" of the Gold Room because you didn't have a talk ticket, you were asked to leave because they closed the gold room for the duration of the talk Sounds like getting thrown out to me. Asking to leave sounds like you had a choice. I was there, there was no choice.

Idea for Showmasters: send a survey to all attendees
IanThomas6 replied to Naboo79's topic in London Film and Comic Con 2015
Trouble is there will be so many threads covering the same points, easy to miss or reach an overall consensus. How many people start their own reviews or thanks threads, how many repeat the same thing in several threads. They have to, there's no definitive thread. A poll to email addresses would mean every response would be equal. You also missed the usual of topics being hidden if a bad word is said against Showmasters -
Dont want to post my story here, but I'd appreciate if anyone could post a email address where I can complain about staff. Most have been great considering the nightmare they are all to endure this weekend but a certain photoshoot area was terrible. Thank you.

Automatic refund onto the card you paid with.do you know how long roughly till you get refunded sure its a day or two? Usually I find it one or two weeks. It will be highly unlikely you get it before LFCC. I've just had the email for Charles' refund. It's taken a couple of working days after that for it to appear back in my bank with the other refunds I've had. Nice, fingers crossed then, still waiting for an e-mail here. Did you have an e-ticket or a old shop ticket? -
