Although if you are looking for a refund for the talk so that you can attend the photo, I don't think that is an option as the talk is part of the diamond pass and I can't see the shop giving a part refund. A refund for the photo to attend the talk might be possible as Raylenth said, but you will have to email the shop.

Lets not descend past civility here Hi Emily, thanks for getting in touch. Good to see that other people are organising meet ups. This is the second year for the Saturday night forum meet at the venue we have secured. The Crown and Sceptre is just around the corner from the Olympia, from 7pm we will be in there with a geeky pub quiz starting around 7.30pm. Yes, the place is offering discounts and is welcoming convention goers. We are happy to welcome anyone along if they want to come, but I do need to have a rough idea of numbers so that I can pre-warn the venue as it is not the largest place in the world! Those wishing to attend can tell me in here, or on the FB group we have for that event. As for the other meet ups you have planned; thanks for letting everyone know as it will give people other options to choose from on other nights. I keep the old tickets in the same album with the photo they were for. It's nice to remember how close you got to number 1... (only did that once!)

I don't remember seeing anything that said that. Although I wasn't looking for it, so... Maybe just me then, but I thought I noticed it saying "50 left" on higher batches when there were still batch one tickets available for some. Happy to be proved wrong always!

It may have just been me, but I am pretty sure batches were being sold in 50's on Eventbrite?
