I totally agree with this! I also totally agree with it. I wouldn't do it any way for the same reasons that Pamela Anderson turned it down. I choose to give my money to animal related charities and that's my choice. As for the complete waste of water when there are people on the other side of the world who have none... I won't even mention that. The animal testing is the reason I turned the challenge down as well. I have a small number of charities I donate to when I can. They are only small and don't get the huge publicity like some charities do!

Hey everyone, I received my first photoshoot ticket last week and seeing as no one has started a ticket number thread yet, I thought I could do it! 😊 Sylvester McCoy - 4 (Sunday) Also ordered one for Jason Momoa, but it hasn't arrived yet. Missed her at LFCC this year and will miss her again in Cardiff, because unfortunately I can only attend Sunday! But happy for everyone who will get to see her :)

I have to say, I find it really hard reading in the forum since this years LFCC. People complain that showmasters isn't listening and working on improvements...then showmasters comes up with what, I personally think are good improvements and ways to move the show forward, but now people complain that it doesn't fit their personal needs and views. I really admire the people who post on behalf of showmasters here, because I would not have the patience to constantly repeat myself over and over again because people don't read the posts properly.

Hey everyone, after me and my friend just been to our first showmasters event (LFCC) we are now looking at going to Collectormania in Milton Keynes. This time we are considering dressing up and were wondering if other ls go to that event in Cosplay? Thanks guys! 😊

Adam Brown signed an Ori photo which I want to give my sister as a birthday present and wrote a cute little birthday message on it 😊

I have to say that Adam Brown was probably my favourite of the weekend. On Saturday when he didn't have an auto queue, me and my friend went up to him so my friend could get an auto and a little chat. Later in the afternoon both me and my friend had photoshoots with him and he was lovely again. On Sunday morning while we were queuing to get in, he walked right past us on his way into the venue and when he spotted us gave us a little smile. When he didn't have a queue on the Sunday, we went up to him again and I had my photo with him signed and he also signed a 8x10 with a birthday message as a surprise for my sister 😊 Lovely guy and would definitely meet him again.

When will we be able to buy his ticket? Keep looking in the online shop but it's not there? Thank you 😊

Yes, more communication from SM would have helped. Also in regard to where we were supposed to queue.

Already shared some of my positives in another thread: "Me and my friend had a great time on all three days. We expected it to be very busy and warm so we planned our days with plenty of time in between things we wanted to do and had tickets for. All the guest we met were nice and we had some great photos done. We met Adam Brown who was so so lovely and even wrote a little birthday message on a photo that I want to give to my sister as a birthday present 😊 As a big LOTR fans it was great finally meeting David Wenham and he also was lovely. The GoT cast members we met, Lena Headey, Finn Jones, Gethin Anthony, Jristian Nairn and Will Tudor were lovely and chatty and I even got a hug of Gethin in my photo shoot 😁 The volunteers and crew we spoke to were all very helpful and friendly and did their best to help out. We know that there were some issues, but that is to be expected at an event of that size and with last minute cancellations and additions. But we did not let it ruin our weekend and we will definitely come back again...and hopefully even in Cosplay 😊"

We got told that they had to change the episode and guests twice because of last minute guest cancellations. First when Pedro Pascal cancelled, they had to change the episode because he played the main part in it ( I'm sure you can guess which episode that is). Then Natalie Dormer cancelled, who was playing a big part in the episode who they planned to show next. With only very short notice, they had to arrange with HBO to show a different episode again plus set up a guest list with people who appear in that episode. Of course it would have been nice if Lena would have been there, but I guess SM did their best in the circumstances. My only wish is, that maybe next time they have subtitles and that the guests sit somewhere at front where more people can see them. 😊
