Ah, that was booked out, so we're staying at the Britannia Piccadilly Gardens... The website is still showing a few rooms available, £124 for 2 nights I was looking for one night rooms, and started off with singles first...never mind, 47quid per person is good with me! :)

Hi gang, I've just booked a room at Britannia Hotel in Piccadilly Gardens (next to the station), and it appears they still have some more available, so I thought I'd pass on the link if anyone else is still looking? http://www.britanniahotels.com/hotel_home.asp?page=108 My friend and I got an Executive Double Room for 95.- for one night (for the room, not per person) They had cheaper ones, but I was a little concerned about the note 'no windows' next to those listings, LOL. So if anyone doesn't mind a room without view.. I think they went at 75 per double per night. Good Luck! Oh, and we are now looking for a carpool back to London for Sunday, please! :)

We will be told as soon as Showmasters know for definite. For example with Greg Grunberg at C12, even though they were aware that he probably couldn't make it, they were trying until the last possible moment to try to negotiate for him to come for part of the time. When they finally got told that it just wasnt possible, then they let us know. If we don't hear, its because they are still in negotiations. Even if filming is over-running, it doesnt mean that its impossible for guest to come for maybe just a day over the weekend. Thanks Jael... so unfortunately this throws me back to square one, LOL: I still need to look for a rideshare, because I can't afford to book an unrefundable train ticket. The con said guest was meant to attend would've been now. Imdb doesn't even have them listed involved in this movie, but I know filming is scheduled until the end of this month. Bummer, just when I think I've got things half way organized.

Okay.. say I've just found out about a guest having cancelled another con due to a movie not being finished yet... how soon can we find out here whether this means they won't show at collectormania either? Not naming names yet, coz I don't want to throw any people into unnecessary panic
