  1. With people who are unable to attend today to pickup and queue early, like really early. Will we still be able to get our weekend bands in the queue like previous years?
  2. Ah really? I have never known this in all these years! Taa Seb.
  3. I know this isn't a question, but if there is 2 pieces of advice I can give to newbies: Bring Deodorant. You will sweat your giblets off with the amount of people that attend and you don't want to meat your idol with a whiff. If in doubt, find me, I always have a supply Bring water. You may have to have an empty bottle upon entry (can't exactly remember what the word was on that last year), but ask any of the restaurants to fill out for you or fill from anywhere you can find. I had a bad time being quite dehydrated a couple of years back at LFCC and the con didn't end too well for me. KEEP HYDRATED!
  4. Just a quick one. I've noticed some amendments on the main pages of guests on the LFCC website, where it now states the number of additional autos that can be purchased. I've only personally spotted it on Jaon, Rory and Meatloaf. I'm assuming this is cos it's expected these guests to be particularly busy. So if it isn't listed on the likes of Isaac, Iwan etc as it stands, there's still a kind of unlimited amount? I only ask, as I'm part of a Thrones Auto group and have offered the possibility of nabbing a couple of 8x10s for people (not in a dealer kinda way, just at cost pickup to help em out).
  5. Can finally add him to my alien piece. One of very few missing now!
  6. Basically. With the Diamond Pass, you can jump in the auto queue whenever you want. You automatically skip the whole virtual queue shenanigans. Therefore it is guaranteed, as long as you go there whilst he is at the desk. If you keep going back whilst he's away (photo sessions, Q&A, lunch etc) and can't be bothered to wait for him etc, it's king of your own fault.
  7. Diana Rigg. Don't think SM has had her since she has appeared in Thrones, but I know she has done previous shows.
  8. Sean Bean must be open to the idea now. Gotta get him along, surely?
  9. Hi guys, Just wondered if anyone still has the dates of the old CM:MK, when they used to take place in the shopping centre? Particularly wanting to track down the date of the year they had the 4 hobbits, Serkis and co.
  10. Pilou Asbaek back and for every event that is ever held. Diana Rigg Peter Dinklage Nikolaj Coster-Waldau Alfie Allen Aiden Gillan Sophie Turner Maisie Williams. Any combination of those.
  11. Can a contract be negotiated so that Pilou Asbaek is at every con.....ever. Pretty please?
  12. If Showmasters is working with them, you'll be pretty safe. I believe Celebrity Ink have a lot of proof photos with the people they are selling too; which is always 100% more trustworthy than a COA. One company I can definitely say steer clear of is Icon Scribbles. They have been caught dealing in fakes and even faking private signings. About a week before LFCC, all associated with them were banned from attending. Which says a lot about them!
  13. Apologies if this has been asked, but had a search and couldn't see a post. I've had a look through the FAQ and it says electronic copies, £5 etc etc, then it says a link will be posted on the forums. Just wondered if this will be in this LFCC forum (before archiving), or where abouts that link will show up?
  14. Gotta be honest, this is something I feel every year; but this year me and my other half have a Florida Disney trip booked in October. So just kind of redirected attention and escaped the Con Blues.
  15. Tommy Flanagan, David Labrava, Mark Boone Jr, Kirsten Renton for Autos. Friday Jeremy Bulloch, Alan Harris, Mark Austin, Dickey Beer for Autos. Friday Tom Skerritt for Auto. Friday Mads Mikkelsen for Auto. Friday Tudyk for Auto and Photo session. Friday (Diamond Pass) Natalie Dormer for Auto. Saturday Conleth Hill for Auto and Photo session. Saturday (Diamond Pass) Pilou Asbaek for Auto and Photo session. Saturday
  16. Met them all Friday. I was in the lengthy Tommy queue right at the start, until the VQ tickets eventually came out, then jumped over to Mark. Tommy was great fun, lots of interaction. Mark I found a bit distant and standoffish (although didn't seem that way if you had boobs , as the women before me he was really engaging). I went round and walked straight up to Kirsten, no queue, then sidestepped to David's queue to ask the helper "any idea of an ETA?"; suddenly a huge paw patted me on the back, he walked around the table, sat down, cracked open a beer, stuck out his hand and said "Hey brother, nice to meet you." Signed my poster before I could even finish paying and said "Thanks for coming out man!" Can only assume the weekend dragged a bit for him, with these negative stories.
  17. I got her Saturday and whilst it was clear there was a rush to get as many through as possible, of course, makes perfect sense; she did still take the time to say "Hello, my name's Natalie", shake hands and thank everyone for coming. Really class act.
  18. I was always under the impression that: Diamond Passes are called first. After that, when the queue quietens down, VQ are called. Diamond can join the queue at any point, without requiring a VQ, but just join the queue, no jumping up the queue. The whole bonus for diamond is joining the queue whenever you fancy and guaranteeing you get through over the course of the guest's days attending. That's the way to T&Cs read to me this year anyway.
  19. He was loving putting quotes on the autos too. Was happy to put "1000 Ships and 2 good hands" on mine and even told a little story about the line. I seriously think I've fallen a little in love with the man. I'll say it again, BEST GUEST EVER!
  20. The best guest I have ever met. Friendly, laughing and joking with everyone, telling stories. During my photo session, I asked if we could go "a bit Euron" and he happily obliged. Made my weekend!
  21. Spencer is widely regarded as the "trailer" Vader, with damn near everything he shot, edited out of the film. Daniel Naprous is the film Vader. From what I've read though, Spencer is in the Han Solo movie, not as Vader. So that would leave Daniel free to assume his Vaderly duty, if he's in it of course.
