Some dates would be fantastic, even if they are it could be either this or that weekend. that way i could just put holidays in for if it happens then (It is limited to only two people been off on any one day where i work and there is 10 people on my team)

Maps! either within a programme with other important information (i.e locations of nearest cash points after the internal one runs out) or ones like how they had the daily schedules printed, big sheets placed around the building, these appeared to be recurring questions i was asked over the weekend, so it definitely seems something that needs incorporating next time, would help people who have little time to get between different photo shoots/talks get there quicker.

Great photos everyone. I was crewing all weekend so aside from my photoshoots I literally only have a photo of the Optimus truck from outside that i took as i was heading in. It is nice to see what was going on in all different areas of the con :-)

I would have loved autographs from Edward James Olmos, Jamie Bamber, Milo Ventimiglia and Robert Knepper (he seemed positively lovely when i was watching) Plus a few others but i could only afford some photoshoots this year, I'll be saving all year for next year. Maybe some of those guests will be back in the future :-)

More Battlestar Galactica guests, i know we pretty much had the two of main guests this year but some of the other regular cast (Helfer, Callis, Sackhoff ect.) and Dates of-course, I would like to get my holidays in at work before someone jumps in and takes them.

Anyone had any hotel confirmation emails? Just the convention is closing in fast and I'm getting a little nervous that I've missed an email somewhere hehe.

Once you reply to the confirmation email that's it. All you'll get after that is the hotel confirmation if you asked for a room. That confirmation is your "YOU ARE CREWING" email. We don't ring people. Thank you :-) I just thought I would check. Also i emailed back to the one who sent my you have been selected to crew email with a slight change in what i want with my crew vouchers to my original reply form, are they normally okay with that? I'm very new to this hence all the questions :)

Finally managed to make an account on here, 3 different email addresses later... But i was selected to crew and replied to the most recent confirmation email sent out, are they known for doing the final confirmations by email or calling you? just someone rang my house but wouldn't leave a message and i thought it could be regarding crew. :-)
