Hi :) Bit of a weird question, but I'm really OCD about this. I have every autograph I get from cons on a wall display, but the differences in pen colours (Black, blue and gold) really bothers me. On some of the autographs the black ink is really hard to see, which is a shame because some of the best autos don't stand out on the wall. Is there any way to make sure the guest signs in a certain colour (say, gold), without asking them? I think that would sound a bit weird. Really random and strange question, I know, but any advice would be much appreciated. Jakers :)

Not sure if I can come yet, I live in Scotland so wouldn't like to do all that travelling on my own, so unfortunately whether I can go or not really depends on if my friends want to go. Maybe in a few years after I've been a few times I would consider it, (I've only been to LFCC once before), but I'd really need to know my way around London and Cons in general before I felt comfortable with it.

Can I ask who the guest you are hoping for is? I think there is a good chance of Lena Headey making a return, and I think everyone is hoping for Natalie Dormer!

I'm pretty sure there will be lots more guests announced before the con, and I'm hoping for some big names! Especially Natalie Dormer or Game of Thrones Alumni

I've only been to one con before (LFCC 2014), so I was wondering if some of you con vets could help me out here. I was wondering which Game of Thrones guests have previously been at a Showmasters convention? Any at all, I'm trying to compile a list and figure out who might appear! What's the average price range for hotels? I'm going with friends and we need to budget.

I'm hoping that it will be similar or more than last year! There's no real way of knowing, but at least some more guests are certain to be announced in the coming months, and it's likely that there will be a lot. *Hint* Natalie Dormer *Hint*

I was more than excited to meet Natalie Dormer last year, but unfortunately she cancelled a few days before the event. It would be fantastic to see her this year! (It's a goal of mine to get a photo of me and her on my wall ) Similar situation with Pedro Pascal, it would be incredible to meet him! Lena Headey was great last year and I'd love to meet her again. This is a bit of an ask, but Maisie Williams or Sophie Turner are two massive names on my list, and I don't know where I could meet them if not at a con. London is as far as I'm willing to travel because of costs etc., so it would be mind-blowing to have them. I would consider paying a lot of money to meet those guys *wink, wink* I think Gwendoline Chrisite would be a fabulous guest, and very popular due to her involvement in the new Star Wars films, as well as Game of Thrones. Ian Beattie was my favourite guest last year, a lovely guy, and it would be amazing to meet him again. It's good to see you already have Kristian Nairn and Finn Jones, I will certainly be meeting them again! (For the third time!!!) TL;DR: Game of Thrones guests! Especially Natalie Dormer.

I personally thought that the event was fantastically run and I had a fab time on the day I went. If we're talking about Glasgow/London, from my experience what David B is saying is spot on, and that is no one's fault. Besides, at the smaller cons like Glasgow, you are able to have a proper conversation with the guests unlike London, where it's often a case of 'K,Thanks,Bye.'

Sundays tend to be quieter, so the queuing dies down a bit from Saturday, but certain guests only go on certain days. I would suggest looking at the guest list nearer the time and deciding who you really want to see.

Hey guys, I was looking for a bit of advice on whether to go to LFCCW or not. I live in Glasgow, and judging from the last time I traveled to London, getting there costs a lot of money. I would be going mainly to see Game of Thrones guests, but I know that season 5 will be being filmed at the time, so not many major characters would be going. It would take at least a few really good guests to convince me to go. Those who have been to LFCCW before, could you give me some advice on this? Is it worth going in my situation? Thanks.
