I had a Diamond pass for Mads... I turned up Saturday morning and joined the back of the queue. The guy looking after the queue line spotted my pass and told me he'd walk me to the front. I queried this with him as I was pretty sure this wasn't right. However I went with him as he was adamant this was correct; and he left me with one of the crew at the front, who then told me I needed to see the crew on the desk (where the photos are) to be fitted in the line. The desk referred me back to the end of the line who then proceeded to take me to the front again... who then spoke to the Asst working the desk with Mads. I was then told I needed to go somewhere in the middle of the line. I ended up behind 2 lovely ladies who pulled me in behind them... and would've been pretty much my place in the queue had I have stayed at the back where I originally was. However the worst bit was when I got to the front desk to meet the man himself, the Asst sitting next to him said to me you just can't push in front of everyone you know in a snotty tone and was quite off with me. I felt terrible and feebly replied that of course I knew that, but I was just following the instructions of the staff and all I wanted to be was in the right place in line. Fortunately Mads was still talking to the girls in front otherwise I would've been completely mortified. In retrospect I should have just stayed at the back of the queue and not listened to what the staff were telling me to do... thing is you do trust what they tell you is correct.

I'm only there on the Saturday so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this too!

I have this issue too with my Diamond pass. My amended ticket has super teeny writing down the left hand side of the box... when I zoom in around a million times I can see it lists a lot of the guests. The shop confirmed they've amended my ticket... it doesn't state the day still, but they assure me they have a spreadsheet so know which day I am. The top bit looks ok, as normal, with a barcode so trying not to worry about it... its reassured me to hear others have the same!

Booked my Diamond pass - so happy; he was such a delight to meet last year. I know its been talked about above, but I just want it clarifying - I am only there on the Saturday and there was no specified day to choose so how do I know I'm guaranteed Saturday? As I'm a bloomin' worrier, please can someone confirm?

Yes I'm keen to know this too... the top of Dominic's head has returned (hurrah!). So now I definitely want to purchase this shot! That happened to mine too... And it happened to my sister... had it not just been a mild scalping I would've had a re-shoot, but it was kind of borderline, I was (and looked) knackered at the time so decided I could live with it! I'm glad to see the digital version looks better... I'm eager to get my mitts on it!

Just one regret that I didn't meet Mads Mikkelsen at his auto table. I normally go for the photo ops rather than autos as a general rule anyway as I'm a tad shy... so opted for 2 photoshoots with him instead. Now really wishing I'd braved it as he was so lovely. Hopefully another opportunity will present in the future! :)

And particularly smoldering in the dance shot. I saw you had met them too (your cosplay with Tobin is totally fabulous and you looked amazing!). We are both very lucky women!

I saw you having your photo with Mads on Sat morning - I was busy munching a croissant outside Costa whilst admiring the view that was Mads! I'm glad you took the opportunity as I was far too shy. Impeccable timing as he left to walk to the venue just a couple of mins later. Glad you had a great experience, he's so lovely with his fans isn't he!

Mads really was a top guest and so lovely to everyone in the photoshoots, happily accommodating people's requests for lots of different poses. I really enjoyed my 2 photoshoots with him as he is just so down-to-earth and easy to speak to. I got a hug and a pretending to dance shot and I'm a very happy girl!
