I walked in easy at 10.45 and impressed by the through bag search (usually i get a glance and waved past) although what weapon in could possibly be carrying in my tiny purse I don't know. Lol!

Looks like with the train delays in won't get there till 11 so hopefully I won't be joining too long a queue now.

My only other option is circle or central and I'm not entering the 7th circle of hell that is the central line again. Hoping it's sorted by time I get into London.

Ditto. Freezer bread sandwich too. Plus salt and sweet food to replace electrolytes. And fruit for moisture from food.

How late can you buy an entry ticket? Could you buy a Sunday entry on Saturday evening or Sunday morning?

I'm wondering if there will be any water points or drinking fountains in the venue as it's potentially going to hit 30c plus?

My tip arrive after gates open. Then you join a moving queue and it's usually a bit easier to see which queue to join as they tend to merge as they back up all the way to the train station. Last time it was snaked all he way round the venue back to olympia station just for standard entry.

It's much better time of year for me and it means I can wear cosplays with layers and not melt

I want to wear it for photos. Then I have a cooler option to change into.

Thanks. So definitely for everyone not just those in the cosplay competition? My cosplay has so many layers I'm likely to melt on the tube so it would be handy to change at the venue.

I noticed you say there is a cloakroom for bags. Is there a changing area for cosplayers or is it a case of annoying everyone by changing in the toilets?

The queuing for the photos was a bit confused at first but it got organized once the someone realised that the queues had got a bit mushed together. Took a bit of hollering from the stewards /crewbut it was soon running smoothly. (It would be nice to have a queue here for.... sign at the area to avoid confusion in future.) I got my two photos. Also got both autographs (tom & louise) even with a pretty high VQ. And the stewards/crew were all helpful.

679 but I got my autograph. Very happy.

I' not getting there till 11.30. Booked a photo and autograph is a bonus if I can get it.

Is it clear where to go and is there a specific entrance. I Google docs he venue it looks like a very large building.

So is anyone else cosplaying as a character from blackadder? I'll be wandering around dressed as mrs miggins on the Saturday. I may melt in all the layers.
