David is a voice actor and has done work on Thunderbirds, Stingray and Doctor Who. He played several characters in the science-fiction TV series Doctor Who, most notably the Dalek voices in the 1960s serials The Daleks, The Dalek Invasion of Earth, The Chase (where he also provided Mechanoid voices) and The Daleks' Master Plan. He performed in person as barman Charlie in The Gunfighters (1966) and foreign time-travel scientist Professor Kerensky in City of Death (1979).

Vincent Michael Martella (born October 15, 1992) is an American actor, voice actor and singer. He is best known for his role as Greg Wuliger on the UPN/CW sitcom Everybody Hates Chris, and for the voice of Phineas Flynn in Disney Channel's original animated show Phineas and Ferb. Also, he is the voice of Hope Estheim in the 2010 video game Final Fantasy XIII and its sequels Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
