An absolute gem of a lady. She spent so long speaking to everybody and was happy to answer all my questions even though she probably asked me more questions. Loved hearing about her being freddys first :)

I remember last year being in town with my daughter and we bumped into a group of cosplayers, one of whom was dressed as Snow White. My daughter (who was 5 at the time) ran straight over to her and gave her a huge hug and wouldn't let go. I remember apologising to the girl for the random child now attached to her leg. The girl then spent the next ten minutes answering all sorts of questions about the dwarfs and her evil stepmother. My daughter still points to the spot on Buchanan street where she met snow white. Really love the fact that this 'stranger' took the time and really gave my daughter a great memory that she still talks about..

maybe bump into a few of you tomorrow. As usual, I'll be there before the doors open tucking into a mcds breakfast lol.

love the lineup this year. Only going on the Saturday. Planning on meeting at least 6 guests. Especially Robert and Amanda. Gonna get my noes bluray signed. Also looking forward to meeting Grado :)

Getting real close now. Hope everybody travelling from afar has a safe journey. Maybe get to meet some of you forum regulars there.

Ahhh, I wouldn't get too worried. The past few years, my postal tickets have always arrived quite close to the show.

As soon as I purchased my tickets I was sent a link to download them from Eventbrite. I would maybe check your confirmation email.

you pay per autograph. So you either get the photo signed or your own item. If you want both, you will have to pay for 2 autographs.

this will be my third year attending. First year I was quite nervous about what to expect and didn't really talk to anybody. Last year was the total opposite. Met loads of very cool people and got loads of pictures with some of the amazing cosplayers that were there. I really wouldn't be nervous or shy as its a very friendly atmosphere. Look forward to seeing the Ghostbusters outfit. I'll say hi if I see you :)

Hope showmasters can pull something out their sleeve following the unfortunate cancellation of Billy Dee Williams. Same thing happened last year when Kristanna cancelled. Remember being gutted last year and cant help feeling the same way this year. Really hope Billy Dee gets well soon.

Gutted. But hope he's ok.

Anybody else watch this? I read the book a few years back and really enjoyed it. First series was pretty ok even with some pretty dodgy acting. The second series went downhill quite a bit, to the point where I contemplated not even bothering with the new third series. Gotta admit, I'm glad I stuck with it. Really enjoying the new series. It still has the dodgy acting but I'm really digging the whole 'bodysnatchers' type thing going on.
