Thanks for the reply mate but I feel contacting the organisers is impossible, where would I start at this time? I've been waiting for an official announcement. I feel really let down and the whole thing is an absolute mess. Never again in a million years!

Yes you're doing a great job and I feel for you, It's just a long journey with children. I don't want to throw more money getting there and parking to chase money I've could have already lost on tickets, outfits for the girls etc. I can tell you this though I won't be coming again even if I do get in tomorrow. I don't think It's worth the risk

I'm not spending 3 hours in a queue with my children, never mind the 3 hour drive there and back. Will I get refunded if I don't use my tickets? Thank you for the reply's already this is really worrying.

this is starting to worry me now, I have a prepaid 'Stan Lee' ticket and 'Michael Madson' ticket but no entry ticket. Are you saying that even though I have these I might not get to see them? do I get a refund, I'm bringing my young children too, this is sounding scary.
