Hmm, accusations of cheating. I guess we need a full enquiry before I go awarding any points. Also, I don't actually know any of the answers to the questions (ignore the fact that I wrote them), so for all I know Ron may be the winner.

It wasn't. Even the Doctor Who round wasn't about him. Now if it had been a quiz about Peter Capaldi and I got anything less than 100% I would have changed my profile name......
Alrighty then:
1. What was the name of Peter Capaldi's character in his first appearance in Dr. Who?
2. How is Peter Capaldi related to overrated singer Lewis Capaldi?
3. In what category did Peter Capaldi apparently win an actual Academy Award?
4. In 1985, which of The Beatles did Peter Capaldi play in the American TV movie 'John & Yoko: A Love Story'?
5. In which surprisingly good film did Peter Capaldi feature alongside Burt Reynolds, one of The Big Bang Theory nerds, and Dot Cotton?

In her defence I don't think it was a quiz about Peter Capaldi.......
Well if two of the rounds were Dr Who and The Thick of It, one can only presume the others were about the Paddington films and that episode of The Vicar of Dibley he was in.

Raab has just said 4th July at the earliest for pubs, restaurants etc. So looks no way the event can still happen, although most of us realised this a while back now. I'm assuming we're just waiting for the insurance rules to kick in before Showmasters announce its canceled.
Such a shame, Jason and team had assembled such a strong lineup this year as well .
It would make things easier if the Government said something like "no mass gatherings until at least August/September" i.e. 500+ or 1000+ people, which would take it out of SM's hands.

Hugh's character was despicable and loathsome, so it was nice to see him play a different kind of character this time
I always find him despicable and loathsome.

Probably in the driver's seat.

Staying in is the new going out.
I'm sick of people hopping on board the staying in bandwagon, when staying in originals like myself have always known it was the right thing to do.

I've been watching 'House of Lies' starring Don Cheadle and Kristen Bell. I like it, but it's a bit vulgar for my sensitive soul.

The Third Murder - A man kills his ex-boss and confesses to his murder. A lawyer tries to work out how he can get the conviction down from the death penalty to a prison sentence. But why did he do it? Did he have a valid reason? Is he perhaps a good person? Is he actually a really bad person? Did he even commit the crime in the first place? Why does his story keep changing? Hirokazu Kore-eda gives you the answer to none of these questions and more in another excellent film.
