Can you use your own music for the open masquerade on Sunday and do you need to register in advance?
If you bring your music on USB you can use it - you must bring this to us at least an hour beforehand and we can sign you up at the same time on the day :)

The Newcastle Cosplay Timetable!
With more emphasis on a variety of different kinds of stage events and panels, we'll be working hard to bring you the best, different and unique content every event from some of the UK's best Community Guests and Contributors!
All talks and panels are free to attend.
Please be aware that all panels will finish 15 minutes beforehand to allow for changeover.Timetable may be subject to change, please come and check with us on the day!
SATURDAY
10am – Cosplay Community Guest Introductions.

12pm – Empowerment in Cosplay: Pros and Cons - Presented by Becky Courtney- Cosplay.
1pm - Gender and Cosplay – Presented by 221B Cosplay.
2pm - How to photograph Cosplayers – Presented by Geordie Gent Photography .
3pm – Cosplay Community Masquerade.
4.30pm – Photo shoot sessions.
5pm-6pm –Chillout.

10am – Cosplay: Behind the Scenes and Community - Presented by Costume and Play.
11am - WCS and international Cosplay - Presented by Aranel and Felixize.
12pm - Superheroes Anonymous'. An in Character Q & A - Presented by Bandursnatch Studios.
1pm – Sewing and Patterning for Cosplay ((Pre-Judging for Qualifier)
2pm - Weapons and Props in Cosplay - Presented by Inner Daemon Cosplay and Bandursnatch Studios.
3pm – Cosplay Masquerade qualifier.
4pm – Open masquerade entrants.
4.30pm – Photo shoot sessions.
