I gave a gift to Carrie Fisher at her last appearance in October 2014, it was her birthday a few days after the show so I thought why not haha. I have her a mug with a pop art french bulldog on,as well as some homemade "keep calm and...." posters featuring her Dog Gary. She loved them so much! First reaction was to say "you are a God!" And then proceeded to give me a big hug and a kiss on the cheek, then stood up and yelled to everyone in the queue, "ITS GARY ON A MUG GUYS!!" After I explained that I had other things but had left them at home she gave me her address and email, I sent them out the day after the show,received an autograph and hand written letter back and we've been writing to each other ever since! Guests really do appreciate anything you give them,shows you're genuinely interested in meeting them and are probably not just a dealer trying to make a few quid out of them.

Jack was brilliant. We spent a very long time chatting about almost everything,from Star Wars to drugs in the 1960s! He was more than happy to take pictures and I can honestly say he's probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He just has this presence about him! Hope to see him Back soon

What was he last time? Hopefully it only went up that much just because it's last minute - I mean there's no pre-orders to make up the numbers. He was £20 back in July 2014 (last time I remember him being booked) but ultimately ended up cancelling. He was 20 pounds, but didn't cancel. I remember getting him during the summer LFCC (I think he cancelled last year, no?). So yeah, price went double. Maybe because of the Force Awakenes? I would agree with you on the second option. That's perhaps not such a bad idea. I feel SM made a small error calling this the Star Wars event as it really hasn't worked out has it? With it starting out with the likes of Mr Williams and Mr Lawson, it all looked so promising. I would be very surprised if there any further guest accouncements. I just have my fingers crossed that there aren't any more cancellations if I'm honest. They did exactly the same for the summer show last year,they were going to have a "celebration for the 35th anniversary of the empire strikes back" in fairness they had some good behind the scenes guests but none of the main cast. They focused too much on the BTTF reunion because they could get more money out of it by selling diamond passes. I hope they don't cancel the event as I doubt we'll get refunds. And I don't particularly want to have to put things on hold for the summer show. Fingers crossed I guess.

If only,what with the cancellation of Tim Rose it's getting thinner and thinner. Really wished I hadn't jumped at buying tickets if I'm honest. Oh well. Will still be a good weekend hopefully

Would like to see some "non extras" for Star Wars. When one announces a big celebration for a film you should include at least one major or main character from that film. You did splendidly well with the BTTF reunion last year not so much with the ESB one or the supposed Star Wars one for this show. Extras are great don't get me wrong but it's a bit of a cop out imho
