Seeing as they pretty much do the same thing, would replacing "extra help" wristbands with complimentary Gold wristbands maybe help? That way , every extra help person would appear to be a gold member , so hopefully no arguments or incidents would occur. Then everyone can be less stressed and enjoy the show more.

I've only just (yesterday) realised it's 10 am and not 9am lol I've bought train tickets to get me to London at 830, with an estimate of a 915 olympia arrival. Now it looks like I'll be queueing for a bit, instead of just walking in !! Sat will be 730 ish , Sunday will depend on what we get done on Saturday

I have a query and rather than open another thread I'll put it here, as its a new issue for me I'm going all 3 days , no probs. My brother is only going Saturday and Sunday. Due to not being able to plan anything too early, Saturday has sold out so I've bought him a 3 day entry (which he won't need on friday) Can he pick it up on Saturday, or do I need to get it (it's bought on my app ) for him on the Friday ? If I do, will there be an issue with the fact that he won't be there to have the 3 day band put on his wrist (ie I'll need to just take it and give it to him later that night)
