Piccadilly to Barons Court is what I use, then less than 10 mins walk from there

a 60 minute queue from the outside the normal Blyth road entrance that stretched all the way to the diamond pass collection area, and beyond. arrived 940, got in at 1050 in the end , I got everything done, but missing the Brendan Fraser AM shoot nearly messed the whole day up.

what's with the queung people outside instead of normal indoors like previous years? it's not 2015 anymore missed my first photo shoot already and this pm shoot clashes with 3 others. plus, I can't use the DP tomorrow either

on way for day 2 ,should be in 955ish no big name VQs needed, just 3 DPs and 2 other shoots Then it's just 5 shoots tomorrow, with 1 £10 auto ...if he turns up this year

still had no reply about my Christina DP having DOSD instead of DODD as the surname. It's been 2 weeks since my email was sent edit think I might have emailed the wrong address....oops

meeting BC is more important than getting his actual auto. I would actually be fine with being able to say hello for 10 to 20 seconds. I'm sure the last time I had a chance to meet him, I arrived at his area before he was scheduled, asked for a VQ ticket, and was told that BC wasn't having VQ tickets. I went away, only to find out on my return that VQ was being used. He wasn't a DP then either.

query regarding Bernhard Cribbens if he's only attending 12 to 4 on Sunday, with the photo shoot first until 1240ish , will his VQ ticket be available from only 12 or straight away at 9am? I expect though that on 3 hours of signing, he won't get past his DP autos though, and I can't justify 100 for a DP as i already havea photo with him from a few years ago. -- query 2 also, if a £10 , Sunday only guest has no photo shoot at all, is it likely he'll be ok with photos at desk? that's if he turns up this year of course

just noticed that my DP has got DOSD instead of DODD , as my surname I'll take my passport as ID , but should I expect any problems getting it?

at this late stage, I'm actually glad that a guest isn't for me, as my budget is already set. everytime a new guest is announced over the months leading up to it, I have to weigh up wether I can afford them, and if not, can I bump someone from my list etc so by now, with quite a few amendments made, I'd quite like not to have to change it much more. I've already had to bump 4 or 5 guests and change 2 from DPs to Photos only, in order to get a better balance of what I consider value for money.

I don't mean multiple DP , just one for the green screen that is already arranged, at say 10 extra, and if you don't want a oval shoot, then you get a normal DP e.g. Sigourney had an Alien shoot. I wouldn't expect SM to offer an Alien , Ghostbusters, Avatar or a normal shoot DP , because they'd obviously only arranged the Alien set for the show. so, you'd just have the two DPs available. X amount for a normal DP X + 10/15 for whichever green screen / set that has been arranged for the weekend ( e.g. west wing for MS, Alien for SW) sorry about spamming Martin's thread

I do wish they'd do DP for a guest who has a special shoot. e.g. 255 for normal DP , 265 for Oval office DP. ideas for another show maybe.

I was going to bring a black snooker ball for the Dennis Taylor and Steve Davis shoot however, have SM thought of this as an optional idea for the shoot in general? ie have one there, and ask each person if they want it or not.

if Karen Gillan is there I'm knocking half my list off to pay for it

i have just 6 this year and so for first time since the year before the Stan Lee year, im only there for 1 day Christina Ricci, Brendan Fraser, Martin Kove, Leslie Easterbrook, David Naughton and Walter Koenig

the station is as good as part of the NEC. Once you leave the platform and go upstairs, you get to a main hall, turn right and walk about 5/10 mins until an escalator takes you downstairs from there it's sign posted and has helpers telling you where to go

ok, I can understand that in some ways only issue for me would be if I have loads to do, and I usually have 10-15 guests to meet , so that's 20 to 30 queues. in the past , as DP was guaranteed photo and auto, I've made the non DP guests the priority, knowing I can get DP at any time. that will have to change now then luckily , I have just 6/7 guests so far this year , and there may even be a chance I only need 1 day anyway, so its a moot point I'm making lol

polite query :) in the past , I've bought DPs and used them on any day , depending on how busy it is. Regarding 2019, using Brendan Fraser as an e.g. his DP are 190 or 210, with the extra 20 being for the Sunday talk. But , if you can't get his auto or photo on the Sat, could you still get either on the Sunday, as long as you didn't try to get into his talk. ie photo and auto are same price all weekend, seeing as the Sunday DP is only extra for the talk. Same for guests whose DP is same price for both days. if I buy a Christina Ricci DP for Sat at £160, it seems to suggest that I HAVE to get both auto and photo on Saturday, when in the past I've used it on either day (or any of the 3 days) I can understand if a DP for one day is more because it has more e.g. Brendan, but if a DP is the same for both days, e.g. Christina, why make them day specific still? Why not just a generic DP for the weekend as a whole? and even with Brendan's DP, the auto and photo cost the same all weekend, so why not let a Sat DP be used for auto /photo if needed on a Sunday, just not for his talk, which is 20 extra.
