  1. Last year it was Peter Dinklage and Jason Momoa, and the special guest was the fella that plays Syrio Forell (sp). As for seating, it was assigned 'first come first serve' last time.
  2. Showmasters, This seems to have gone down pretty well. As you can see, on the unofficial facebook group alone my suggestion is getting a good bit of encouragement, and it keeps growing :) Just thought I'd bump this from last year :)
  3. Showmasters, i know i suggested this for the last two London Film & Comic Cons, but Julie Benz (Dexter, Angel, Buffy, Defiance, Rambo etc) is doing a convention in Belgium this weekend with Michael Shanks and Ian Glenn. Please please please give her an invitation to attend CM20 - I want to meet her so badly!
  4. Anthony Head would be awesome. So annoyed i didnt stick around for his auto last year. Lori Petty too, please Some of the Buffy cast would be awesome too
  5. I'd still love to see Julie Benz, even more now that ive started watching Dexter, but gunning for Lori Petty as a more realistic option!

  7. Dear Showmasters: I know there is a separate thread for this stuff, but i wanted you to see it. Feel free to move it elsewhere. Lori Petty (of Tank Girl, A League of their Own, Point Break and House MD) fame recently replied to me on twitter showing interest in appearing at WLFCC. I know there is a good fanbase for Tank Girl at LFCC, and we had at least one cosplayer in July. Hows about you guys please get her on the blower and send her an invite? We'd appreciate it very much :) She asked me to hook her up, and i glady said i would
  8. So i realised my last set of guest suggestions were all girls, so I thought i'd post some guys that i'd LOVE to see (and some more girls). I know we have a few LOST fans here, so I think Michael Emerson and Terry O'Quinn would garner a fair bit of business for playing two of the shows most interesting characters. And i'm sure everyone would love to see Seth Green; he's done it all. Buffy, X-Files, Mass Effect, Star Wars, Austin Powers, Robot Chicken. Love this dude. Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston? Breaking Bad has a huge following, and these two guys seem like great fun. And also back to the girls, how about Julie Benz? Must have a huge fan base; Angel, Buffy, Defiance, Dexter etc.
  9. We met him Sunday morning, we went back to check if the VQ had gone down and they'd opened it. The line was pretty big and we were told going in that there were no handshakes which i was a bit annoyed by, but completely understood and respected. He seemed tired, but gave me a smile as he saw we shared a name, and i told him i was looking forward to X-Men and he engaged me, even if for a few seconds. He was kinda dry but i imagine by day 3 anyone would be. Lena Headey actually shook my hand twice though, before when i offered it to her, and then afterwards on her own steam. She didnt say much though cos she wasnt feeling well (apparently) - she left about 4 minutes after we got our signings but still seemed very nice and polite.
  10. Olivia Wilde would be a great choice, think about it: Tron Legacy - House - In Time - Cowboys Vs. Aliens Or Ellen Page would be an awesome big guest: Inception, X-Men, Super and especially Beyond: Two Souls which should be out fairly soon I'd love to get Gwendoline Christie back again. I'm so annoyed that I didnt get her autograph last year even though i wanted to. Now her character in GoT has become much bigger and she would probably bring in a bigger crowd. And of course, the lovely Emilia Clarke, who might actually turn up if they could get Lena Headey and Peter Dinklage to show...
  11. Would love everyone. Baldwin was at the ladt show. Could probably get Julia Ling too...
  12. Emelia Clarke, Sophie Turner, Kit Harrington, would all be cool. and the kid who plays Bran :-P
  13. Seth Green, Amy Acker, Emma Caulfield, James Marsters, ASH, Eliza Dushku would all be ace. Alison Hannigan...

  15. I think they assume most people geeky enough to come know the guests work. i certainly would like to see some voice actors though. Courtenay Taylor, Jennifer Hale, Ash Sroka, Ali Hillis, maybe even Dominic Armato...
  16. I should have put this in the LFACC 13 boards...
  17. Courtenay does the voice of Jack from Mass Effect, as well as Ada Wong from Resident Evil 6. She also does voices in Dragonage, Star Wars KOTOR, XCOM, and lots of others as well as various TV show appearances and the independant French film Rubber. Courtenay was at the London this show Expo last year and I cued for over an hour for her session to end (it ended at about 3pm) - I was so furious, LFACC have a much more organised system so I'd love to have a second go at it. Maybe you could invite other Mass Effect voice talent such as Jennifer Hale, Ali Hillis (also present at this show), Brandon Keener and Mark Meer. I have actually also been tweeted by Courtenay saying she would love to come over if she is asked, so I'm kinda hoping there's enough interest for showmasters/LFACC to invite her over. http://www.courtenaytaylor.com/ http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1057696/
  18. Yes! She is at the top of my list for people I wanna see. This girl is so awesome, and I just wanna meet her so bad.
  19. I think voice actors are always welcome. They had a fair few at the the this show Expo last year. By the way, if the powers that be are reading this I actually was tweeted by Courtenay Taylor (Jack from Mass Effect, Ada Wong from RE6 as well as KOTOR, XCOM, Dragonage as well as others) that she would be interested in coming if invited. I missed seeing her at the this show Expo so it'd be great to see her, Ali Hillis and Jennifer Hale make an appearance.
