I have a Gail Kim photoshoot at 9.45 - 10am but with my YALC ticket it does not allow me entry until after 10 a.m.Please advise.

I have a YALC ticket so does that mean once I get my diamond pass on the Sat that I have to go to the YALC entrance through Olympia Reception or can I go in through the normal entrance?Thanks

Yes I have checked on the order staus and it says paid. I accept tickets will not be sent staright away but it has been a month since Iv'e ordered them and it did say they would do the best to send them out for Christmas and it's towards the end of January now. I thought I would have received them by now. If you could let me know when they are going to be sent out that would be great.Thanks

O.K I just would like someone to get back to my email saying they have recieved my order and would be processed at a certain date. The money has gone out of my account.

I still haven't received my gift vouchers or had a reply from the email I sent on 8th January. I am getting really worried as ordered a lot of gift vouchers. Is there a phone number I can ring?

O.K thanks was just getting a bit worried as ordered £200 worth of gift vouchers and my tickets for the London Film Con and photo shoots.

If I use a £20 gift voucher to buy a £15 autograph would I get either a £5 gift voucher or the change?
