I would suggest someone at SM should formally respond to this thread to confirm, but I understand this will not be possible due to contractual reasons.
Prior to any event the actor (well, more likely their agent) will need to approve such filming, and distribution, agree their fee's for this element of the work (up-front fee, royalties), and agree where (demographically) it will be released, it's price, it's release date and possible duration, and many more factors.
As you can see, there's a lot of contractual fluff to process.
It's possible SM may package together something in future, but there's a lot of legal stuff to get through, some actors may refuse permission (lets say for example Patrick refused his permission for the 5-Captain talk, then the piece would be dropped or him somehow "edited-out" !).
Of course, most of these actors are vastly, vastly wealthy, so they may just waive such - But it's unlikely and they have to protect themselves !
