    I know he's been mentioned already, but big shout out for the dude on Photo G (especially during the Pamela Anderson issue on Saturday). His crowd control was top notch. he kept people outside of the queue zone he controlled the crowd by shouting for a show of hands before allowing them to come forward. he often checked that people had the correct ticket type and batch number, reducing queue jumping. most of all, he was clear, loud and concise. Give that lad a red shirt lol...

    I totally agree with your points. - Layout. I went two years ago when they used the Olympia for the first time. This year was miles and miles better. Just about perfect. My only change would be moving Photo A/B and Photo C/D a little further apart. Photo C/D could've been pushed another twenty feet north-east along that wall. It was very crowded between the two of them on the Saturday as they were a tad too close together. - More signage. Yup, like the Photoshoot whiteboards or LCDs mentioned by many others. It's often unclear which guest is currently queuing or how far along they are. I would also like the mini-map so I know where each guest is signing.

    I attempted to purchase a photo for Sunday morning, but the crew member at the sales desk informed me that she's cancelled for Sunday. This was about 3 hours ago. There's no mention of it on here, so just double checking, thank you.

    Yeah, I was gutted she cancelled, but they brought in Sibel Kekilli as a replacement. She was lovely as well.

    I was there in 2015 and I remember the Gold queue being a bit shambolic on the Friday. They didn't pass out wristbands until after opening time and regular passes were gaining access to the venue before half of the Gold queue were processed.
