As a lifelong Trekkie who was unable to attend this event mainly due to financial reasons &also travelling to London. (It would have cost me more in tickets & accommodation than I could have spent in decent tickets). I still feel I have missed out on a very special experience. I have read all the comments (good & bad) in various forums & I still wish I could have gone to this event. The report on Watchdog was very short & nothing much for anyone to get really upset over I wouldn't have thought. If there is ever another event like this I for one would like to attend it if I could, but I would prefer to spend any money I had on tickets & at the event rather than a load on travel & accommodation. If they ever do a similar event in the north of England anytime (eg Manchester). I would most certainly try & attend.

An excellent suggestion. Also for those of us that were unable to attend this unique event, it would be nice to be able to have a DVD or something of some of the things that went on here. I would certainly buy a copy of that if one is produced!
