I thought Poor Bill looked totally shattered when I had my photo done today, keep in mind his age he sat there for 3 days signing autographs and then having photos done whilst probably jet lagged, when I had the photo he said 'Thank you so much' and it felt very genuine. Could not afford anything else so I was more than happy. Not many can say William Shatner said thank you to them!

Evening all, I write this very tired after a long few days. I understand a lot of the negative feedback, I agree with some of it even, however I have to say I am glad I did today as this was the better day. I wasn't very positive when I left yesterday I think this event would of been better suited to be advertised as a collectors event. I have actually been to one convention before which was a Firefly/Battlestar convention but as it was a low key affair I didn't count it compared to what I thought this was going to be. I won't harp on though as there is plenty of posts on that already. What I would like to say is today was awesome. Had photo and signature with Mr Shatner and I went to 4 of the free talks on stage C. As there were less people about today I got to sit down and enjoy. I would like to say that I found the staff to be helpful especially whilst I was asking very noob questions about what to do. The fella doing Shatners photo session for AM session that called the numbers had a good sense of humour, and those who past the mics out in the Q&A's on stage C were very nice and polite. I am sure there will be quite a few negative posts about the event and I understand why however I just wanted to point out that there are positives as well! I gather from what I have heard that this was the biggest event in some time in the UK so it doesn't matter how big the company is many would have it hard the first time - for example this event would of been better somewhere with more room BUT I enjoyed myself and I think that there are compliments to be paid. I don't know if anyone went to the talk with the guy with the biggest trek collection but he bought the stuff for the museum and he does it on his own expense and has to ship everything himself and relies on fan donations or people buying from his online merch store, so those who complained there was not enough stuff there should think about that! Anyway sorry I am going on, I hope the majority had a nice time and I for one will be going to another convention. Much love all.

Hi all didn't see anyone today (Or I am being avoided!) There first thing tomorrow getting the first cable car across and got my Bill Shatner Pic to do, I have to admit it was hard to enjoy on my own although I did have some great chats with some people (Borg lady was great) so I do hope I bump into some of you tomorrow.

Yep I am going all weekend on my own so meeting others is great for me! I will post on here where I am on the days so if anyone wants to come talk/abuse me feel free ( well ok maybe not the abuse eh?)
